Ciao, domanda prevendita, al quale purtroppo da giorni non trovo risposte. Utilizzo Altri ecommerce quindi propabilmente queste domande saranno inutili per altri per me sono molto rilevanti all’acquisto essendo un prodotto digitale.

1-Per utilizzare il tema c’è bisogno di Ecomposer, quando scadranno i 6 mesi del piano standard di Ecomposer alcuni elementi non funzioneranno? es.( Visualizzazione rapida del prodotto, 7+ estensioni essenziali (hot))

2- Come viene aggiornato il tema quando scadrà il supporto gratuito? es. ( modificando il codice? oppure sempre con un click come indicato nell’ articolo? )

3-Fornite aggiornamenti a vita anche senza più supporto?

4-Quindi dove vedrei i futuri aggiornamenti del tema ?

5- E’ possibile avere un tema figlio per eventuali modifiche ?

6-Nel caso la domanda n. 5 è positiva. In che modo avviene l’installazione per un tema figlio?

7- Ecomrise ha una funzionalità di upsell, nel carrello, e in varie parti dei siti demo che lo rendono piacevole. Quando scadrà sarà lo stesso per Ecomposer? tutti gli upp sell e i funnel che sono stati creati saranno inutilizzabili?

Riassumo. E’ possibile pagare il tema e utilizzare tutto quello che si vede nel tema senza neccessariamente avere bisogno dei plugin aggiuntivi ( Ecomrise + Ecomposer ) oppure per utilizzare il tema completo abbiamo bisogno di abbonamenti a vita verso altri prodotti? Grazie mille sono molto confuso e spero che riuscirai a darmi delle risposte positive in quanto mi piacciono molto tutte le demo di Ecomus.

Why you guys made it so hard to setup Mega Menu. Nothing works. your instructions does not make any sense. No matter what you try it does not setup. Why does it have to be exactly same as you mentioned in your demo. Why there is no simple dropdown menu ? Can you add this to your theme. so I don’t have to go through painful setup of Mega menu which does not even work.

Hi, please help with pre-sale questions:

1. Is it possible to import the Multi-brand demo but then use the slider banner from Fashion 5 demo so that the menu and headers are all transparent?

2. Can the menu style of any of the theme demos be changed to others easily?

3. Regarding the top left menu on the Multi-brand demo – Can this menu be edited so that I can link it to already published pages on my site or even an external link?, also, can it be hidden on mobile?

1- If you use Multi-brand demo, it means the Header Ecommerce layout, you can not have transparent header.

2- We have 3 header sections and they are independent. You can change the style according to the options of each header. Please check these documents for more details

3- According to this document https://support.the4.co/articles/ecomus-header-group-header-ecommerce you can use the published pages for the top left menu. But it doesn’t support external links.

If you want to hide it on mobile, it requires some CSS code.

I am considering this theme and have a few pre-sale questions.

Does the theme work without eComposer or is that a requirement? Can I have info in between the collections? So lets say, product 1, 2, 3, banner, Product 4, 5, 6? Can the Announcement bar be twice in a page? I need a top bar and an after the menu bar.

Can products in different collections have different layouts?

Ecomus theme will work normally without Ecomposer app. We affirm that all features and layouts on our demo are available within the default theme (except for some upsell features of EcomRise)

The theme doesn’t provide the banners between the products. You might need to use the app or use the paid service to customize the theme.

You can have different layouts for different collections by creating collection templates.

Some pre-sales questions plz:

1. Can we add new languages (as translations for the eshop frontend) w/o an app eg. Greek ? (so we can have a multi-lingual eshop in en, gr etc)

2. Shopify does not really have sub-categories (ridiculous but true, collections are like tags w/o hierarchy). So do you offer such a feature or suggest compatible app(s) or ways to overcome this limitation ?

3. Still confused about product options, filters & swatches. I ve read docs & comments here. So question is why you reply that you do not support swatches in ecomrise app (and thus we need to create metafields). Can you explain plz

4. Do you offer a feature or suggest apps to show single variations in shop / collection pages ?

5. Is there a public roadmap for upcoming theme / apps features ?

For a multi-language store, you will need to use a translation app. Our theme can directly translate the theme options and comes with built-in translations for several languages. https://letshare.link/e49a3ec6ee However, for content like product descriptions, blog posts, and pages, the theme cannot provide translations. You will need to look for an app; two popular options are “Shopify Translate and Adapt” (which offers auto-translation for up to 2 languages) and “T Lab Translate.”

2. Yes, we are aware that this is a limitation of Shopify, but we have a few tricks that can create the appearance of supporting sub-collections. https://demo-ecomus-global.myshopify.com/collections/frontpage/?view=sub-collection&preview_theme_id=159373099312 (Password: 4). 1/ Can you confirm that we can add Collections as filters (as seen in your demos)? I know that shopify search & discovery app does not offer it, so how you do that?

Pre-Purchase question: Is the theme editor for the Ecomus Shopify theme same as the Kalles theme ? As there are tutorial videos for how to edit Kalles themes on youtube, but there is absolutely nothing about Ecomus theme on youtube at all.

Also i good a very fast website theme with high converting theme, im based in India and will be selling in india as of now, which theme should i go for ? Kalles or Ecomus ? or is there anything better than both from The4.
