I purchased the theme and, overall, it’s visually appealing and well-structured. However, the documentation is extremely limited. There are very few clear instructions on how to use the components, and the icons are poorly documented. This makes it difficult, especially for users with less frontend experience.
I still have 4 months of support left, but seeing how long it takes to get a response in the comments, I didn’t even bother trying. I decided to take a different route to avoid wasting time. Improving the documentation and offering more responsive support would make a big difference in the overall experience with the theme.
