Make sure that you have added all your purchase codes to your account. Also, click on the “Update” buttons to actualize your purchase code support expiration date. You can do this in your account here https://xtemos.com/my-account/
Could you modify the license system so that the license duration starts from the activation date rather than the purchase date? For example real case, if I bought a license last year but only activated it now, the support period should start from the activation date, not the purchase date. This way, the support wouldn’t have expired before the license was actually used.

I get it but now i just activate license and your theme has problem on check out page where it does not hide header for full page. it still show header even i try to use Elementor Canvas for checkout page. I can’t post support in your website while it has expired but i just activate license. SAD

The left side bar (vertical menu) opens only when you hover on “Browse Categories” ... Do you have a setting in theme where this left side bar (vertical menu) is Fixed menu and remains Open permanently even without hovering ?
This option exists for single pages only. But you can’t do this for the single product page via Theme Settings.
So what should I do if I want Sticky Sidebar Menu on Single Product Pages ?
You can do this with custom CSS code. But we don’t quite understand what is the purpose since it will overlap the product gallery and will not look good.
The purpose is that the Side Bar Menu (vertical menu) should be permanently visible on the Single Product Pages … and the side bar menu should not overlap the product gallery the way it does not overlap on homepage … maybe you need to design a new Single Product Page template ?
Currently, there is no such layout but you can use our mega menu element instead of header dropdown. Check example here https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-fashion/demo/fashion/
Can I create such a Single Product Page layout using the Free Elementor plugin ? ... Or do I have to buy Elementor Pro for this ?
Yes, you can use our product page layouts and Elementor Free. The pro version of the plugin is not needed.

Hello, I was wondering if this feature is possible. I need the WoodMart theme to display a price range on the shop page reflecting dynamic discounts. For example, if a product’s regular price is €100 and there’s a 40% discount for buying 50+ units, I want it to show a price range of €60-€100.

I noticed that when I update WP Bakery plugin after updating the theme, the WP Bakery is deactivated and I have to manual activate it again. Is this a bug or is there something I can do to make sure the WP Bakery plugin stays activated?
Also, as a comment, I note a previous buyer’s concern about a big emphasis on Gutenberg in the 8.0 issues, but I too find Gutenberg and Elementor awful to work with. I hope you will continue to support WP Bakery in all upcoming releases.

Hello, I have 2 Licenses, the last one’s support just expired. I was wondering if you can tell me what is the best settings to keep the product’s images in the archive view as clear regardless of the site width. Currently mine is set to Custom maximum 1920 px. 5 products per row, the products images get clearer when narrowing the explorer window. If there are setting that I need to be looking at when adjusting the site width so that I can come up with the best sharp looking images with any site width. Thank you

I am experiencing an issue with the blog posts on my WordPress site using the WoodMart theme. When I make changes to the content of my blog posts, only the titles are updated on the live site, but the content remains unchanged. Here are the steps I have taken so far:
1. Accessed the WordPress ‘Posts’ section to edit my blog posts. 2. Edited the content of a blog post and saved the changes. 3. Cleared both browser and site cache. 4. Verified that the correct layout is selected for the blog page in the theme settings. 5. Checked if there are any plugin conflicts by deactivating all plugins except the necessary ones.
Despite these efforts, the content changes do not appear on the live site. I suspect there might be a caching issue, or the changes are not being properly saved due to a conflict with the theme or another plugin.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Any guidance or steps to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello guys. We installed fashion template however the front banner is taking the mick. Once we set a new featured image all settings in custom field are going nuts, nothing is working and the banner image on tablet and phone mode is flying away, Please advice as it drives me nuts
