To open a ticket, you should use pethemes.ticksy.com. It seems that you submitted your ticket through a system other than Ticksy. Once you create a ticket via Ticksy, you’ll receive support much faster.

I submitted the ticket at your URL at pethemes.freshdesk. It literally says that it’s “being processed” (11 days now).
If you don’t use that system anymore, then it should be common sense to deactivate it (or at least not to tell customers that tickets are “being processed”).
Anyway, I tried to submit a ticket through that other site. It says that my support expired. But the theme is simply broken (without me touching it). So, will I have to renew my support to get help on that? This was a commissioned (custom) job on Cygni and we already paid several hundred dollars, expending the support period twice, yet it’s broken again and it’s a PITA to get help from you. So, do I have to pay another 40 USD to get help?

Hi, i bought this template some times ago and now i have the right project for it. We are setting up the website but the Big Slider (the main reason for our choice) seems not to work properly. We have no error on server (or browser) log but it only visualize the image of the first slide no matter what we do. We already sent an email to support with no reply till now. We already double checked the portfolio entries and have tryed to swap the order of visualization but always it shows only the first slide image.
In the editor (elementor) it visualize everithing as expected

Hi I don’t have support but I have some problems with your theme. Like in some pages that I have portfolio I must load again the page to see the right page until then it seems like broken.
Tell only if there is a bug in portfolio widget and also if you make an update to know because maybe I will use another theme if I can fix it.

Hi — is there a known issue with the “Elementor Cygni Extension”? When I try to update to the newest Elementor right now, it gives me a warning that “Elementor Cygni Extension” is not compatible and when I update it gives my site a “critical error”. I really like your theme. Is it possible to be used for a magazine? Most of the elements of your theme seem to be working with a portfolio and project type. Can it be converted easily (and how) so it showcases posts and post categories instead of projects and portfolio items?

In Elemntor everything is displayed correctly as it should be. On the website, on the same portfolio page, after a point in the page, some sections are not displayed anymore, including the “next project” at the bottom of the page.
The cygni video widget was causing the problem, nothing after that point would load. Removed it and replaced with an embedded video player from video and it’s solved now.

Yes, you can use the theme with latest versions of Elementor and WordPress but in the Elementor you should disable the flexbox containers, the theme only works with sections.
And no you don’t need to have Elementor Pro you can use all theme features with free Elementor.
