Hello, I am seriously thinking about purchasing this theme, but I would like to know if there is some money back guarantee for example for 14 days? I really need to try the theme and its performance on the server regarding to the optimisation, fast loading etc. Without this testing I don’t know what I am buying. Thank you for your reply.

You can achieve very good speed like many of our buyers do – however please note, the speed optimization isn’t guaranteed to be same as our demos unless you use a very good webhost and don’t add any 3rd party codes or ads. Normally, you can follow our speed optimization docs to get very good score.

1) sponsored posts 2) affiliate posts 3) pagination for single posts

While they aren’t on the roadmap yet, we have noted these suggestions, and will definitely consider this if there’s demand for these, in future versions.

Are you guys planning on sticking around? With the mass exodus of template authors from theme forest lately because of Envato marketplace I hate to invest more effort into another template that will just disappear in a month. Wanting to make sure you guys aren’t planning on rolling up shop anytime soon.

The demo can be imported as shown in the demo. The mega menu will be imported as well. However, the sample demo photos are shown for demo purposes only and are replaced by other free placeholder photos when you import the demo.

Forgot password is not generating any emails. If I try to signup with my username and key, it shows I am already registered. Bit stuck there, can you please send a password reset link?

The Custom HTML widget causes a critical error. i can use all cheerup widgets but not that.

It’s always done it since purchasing the template but I never been needed before as I used the mailchimp subscribe box but now I need to change it and I can’t put my cusom div in.

Hello, I tried to use imagify to compress images and change them to webp format, but the cheerup theme doesn’t display webp formats, which is a shame for SEO performance (core web vitals). Can you include this compatibility in the next version, which is present in all SEO-fast themes? Looking forward to your urgent update (no update for over a year and a half). Thank you very much

The theme definitely already does support webp. We have briefly tested it with webp express plugin in the past. First of all, thank you for optimization! Great work! Now page speed and Google web core vitals indicators are on good level. Perfect, all green <3 Only thing i have to ask is: Are you sure that after last update special gallery works as it should? On my website main photo (in special gallery inside the article) on desktop is small, but should be full size, almost edge to edge. And before last update it worked correct way. We’re using the Miranda template with the Search input in the topbar on mobile and were wondering if it’s possible within settings to enable the full-screen modal search experience for mobile when you tap search, rather than the default in-line input field? The in-line input is quite a small input for mobile and the full-screen modal would be great on mobile. Thank you!
