Great looking theme – BUT the mega menu is SOOO confusing to make work on any of the templates.

Submitting a ticket is broken – it throws error saying “Woops there has been an error”. So I’ll just post here.

For the “Custom Banner” block, the “Text” area – I cannot paste HTML into this block. If I manually type it, leave the block (select another) then come back the HTML is gone.

How do I paste HTML and make the HTML stay in the text area?

If you can just tell me the file and what I need to modify I would greatly appreciate it.

For your request: With the text field of the Custom banner section, it just supports Rich text. If you want to use HTML, please follow these instructions:

- Edit code -> find “halo-custom-banner.liquid” file -> find to “Richtext”: https://prnt.sc/-Qy_r665XXB6

- Change “Richtext” into “textarea”

- Save

How do I change image swatch size?

I am trying to do it by custom css but the actual image is rendered at 40×50 which is a terrible size. I’d like to have the system render it larger and have it show larger.

Maybe even the image tool-tip, can we make that larger as well?

The Halo theme is specifically designed for the Shopify platform, not WordPress; therefore, it cannot be utilized on a WordPress store. You will need to use the Halo theme on a Shopify store. Have you set up your Shopify store yet? Please upload the Halo source files to your Shopify store for implementation. We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer themes for the WordPress platform.

There is no issue with the installation. We installed halo 2.0.0 theme source and apply home 16 for you well. You must use our newest theme source 2.0.0 to use the home 16, it is not available on halo 1.5.0

I opened a ticket more than 2 days ago and I still haven’t got a response. Not good. How do I enable short description in the theme settings. This theme does not come with demo content as advertised? I installed the theme, it’s basically just a header and a footer. None of the graphics, sliders, hero images, or test product images to replace.

“We offer free Basic installation service for Halo. We will install this theme like our theme demo with demo theme banners + dummy texts (if you want) as you have seen on our theme demo. But after that, you must replace them by your banners as you are not allowed to use them.”

With the Section themes, when you install theme source, it won’t include demo images/ banners like you see on our theme demo because Shopify doesn’t allow you to get data to show up when it is Section themes. You need to upload your images/products for your site.

However, we can offer the basic installation service for the customer who buys Halo theme.

I already told you I read the documentation and included the error. Which by the way, the instructions say it’s for 1.5 (I purchased 2.0) So, not helpful. I opened a ticket yesterday and still no response.
