Does it support the Arabic language?

The theme does not come with RTL support and has not been tested with any RTL plugins, although I have not heard of any issues with people implementing RTL plugins or modifying my theme/s on their own.
There are websites that you can copy/paste the theme style and will change it for you, like this one https://cssjanus.github.io/
So with some small changes or the help of RTL plugins, any theme can be converted to RTL.

Multi rate plugin shows api connection error why

You asked about this home page example: https://anthemes.com/themes/qenews/home-modules-simple/ the left section is using custom widgets called modules, and on the right, you have the sidebar. So, as mentioned, the left modules don’t have a full with style as they will look quite strange.
Other than that, you have the full-width page: https://anthemes.com/themes/qenews/full-width/ full homepage: https://anthemes.com/themes/qenews/home-simple/ so the widgets modules will be displayed with the sidebar, as per the demo.

Only featured image, as per the demo/s. The Itaka theme has that option, so you’ll be able to display an embed there (Youtube / Soundtrack, etc).

A sticky header can be easily added with CSS or with a plugin. If this it’s something that stops you to purchase a theme, why not. It will be added in the next update, this week, thank you.
