Hi have raised the ticket that the theme is not getting activated its showing some server based pissmission error like some other guy in your support messages have writen , kindly resiolve the issue asap and activate the theme so that we can work futher

hi, not sure how i can contact you as my support has ran out, however you failed to get back to me regarding major issues with my site, i have no way to contact you unless i renew support, can you please get in touch with me. I’m not very happy as you have cut me off mid support, i was told in august after you couldn’t fix my issue then that you require more time and now its October and no one has got back to me. I have purchased on 12/9/2024. I have been saving this theme to use it until Today, and I am not able to activate the theme because it says there is an issue from server side. There is no IP being blocked to my server, and I manually added the host IP as seen below. I am unable to upload the ticket at zoho because my support expire. I never had a chance to install the theme until Today. Please help.

Error message:
It’s look like there is an issue from Server side Please Check is your Server is HTTPS, if it is HTTP it will be less secure. (We use https://) Check if Server permission is 755 or 777. (Permission approved). Please check is our server IP is blocked by your server if blocked Please whitelist our IP. (No IP is blocked and we manually added the “11.119.159.741” access. If the theme is still not activated, please contact at Zozo Support.

I am unable to submit the ticket because the Envato Market purchase code has expired. But this is my very beginning trying to install and first time to ask a question. Can you release the submitting ticket restriction?
I am still unable to open the ticket because the page is still asking me to for the license verification while when I selected the theme I see the [verified] sign before the theme name.

There is something wrong with your Home 5 demo. It doesn’t take you to the demo its a white screen with jumbled images and text.
You also have responsive issues in Home 3 navigation and banner
Sorry cache issue, both are fixed now after clearing cache…
