Hello i mistakenly bought html version, i wanted wordpress theme can i get a refund please so that i can buy the wordpress theme.

I mistakenly purchased the HTML version of the EasyBook template instead of the WordPress version. My intention was to build a WordPress-based hotel listing website, but the downloaded files are static HTML and not compatible with WordPress installation.

As I specifically require the WordPress theme version to proceed with my project, this purchase does not meet my needs.

I kindly request a refund so that I can purchase the correct WordPress version of the EasyBook theme.

In the booking form, there is an option to select Adults and Children count, but no option to select children ages.

Children age is important for hotel pricing rules (free stay, child rate, extra bed, etc.). Please let me know if:

• This feature already exists and can be enabled, or
• It is planned for a future update, or
• You can guide me on adding it via customization.

Hi there, quick question. It seems the User on Easybook is the property/ hotel owner. They can add listings, see their bookings, etc.

But during payments I see a “Existing Customer? Click here to login”. Where or how does a Guest sign up and do they have a dashboard where they can see their bookings?
