I’ve installed the Top Tech theme and imported the demo content both online and manually, but the Slider Revolution option is not appearing in the WordPress panel, nor is the slider displaying on the website pages. Please advise how to resolve this issue.

I have repeatedly attempted to import demo content, but it has consistently failed with errors. Even using the WordPress importer yields the same issue. Please address and resolve the problem with the demo content import.
Tried support also but no response. still got no resolutions.

Our team has tried multiple times, we even changed the server provider in case they had some fault. But we couldn’t find any solution.
