Hi. I see that suddenly no videos on my site are shown anymore. Just updated all plugins, but that did not help.

Do you know if anything is causing videos not being shown?

I use the video element and insert the videolink from youtube, and that has worked fine for 3 years, but not anymore.

If I embed a video from YouTube directly with their embed code, that works fine.

But not via the theme video element.

They are shown back-end in the Wordpress editor, but not on live.

Is there a general issue, or do you know what to do?

The big white space, thats where the video normally is showed.

And its the same on all my pages with video.

This cannot be changed using theme options unfortunately. You would need to edit form.php template file located on this path:

wp-content\plugins\seafarer-core\inc\post-types\tour\shortcodes\tour-reservation-filter\templates\form.php

Hello, I opened ticket #299831, I am experiencing a critical issue with the Seafarer theme on my website. Several theme-specific blocks/widgets are not functioning and display the following error:

“The ‘seafarer_core_*’ block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.”

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? If a new version of the Seafarer Core plugin or a compatibility fix is required, kindly provide it.

Your ticket should be updated with response now.

New Widgets section which came with the newer versions of WordPress is a bit heavy on the server resources. This is the reason why you are seeing those errors. However note that those errors are not affecting your website in any way. You can simply close them and continue with making changes to your widgets.

One more thing we can recommend is to navigate to Appearance > Customize > Qode Performance and there you can enable/disable icon packs, custom post types, widgets and shortcodes which you don’t plan on using. This should have a positive effect to the overall performance of your site.

Or you can use Classic Widgets plugin which will revert Widgets section to it’s previous layout.

Good evening, we have purchased the theme, but when editing the global colors of elementor, it simply does not take the order, when I apply one of these global colors in an addons of the theme, they simply do not take the order. Can you help us?

We are currently reviewing your theme, but since we haven’t purchased it yet, we’re unable to raise a support ticket as it’s requesting a purchase code.

Before proceeding with the purchase, we would appreciate some clarification on the following points:

1.Premium Images: The theme mentions that premium images are included. Could you confirm whether these images are the same for all buyers or if different images are provided with each purchase? We would prefer not to use visuals that may be commonly used by others.

2. Dark Theme: We are interested in using the dark homepage layout (https://seafarer.qodeinteractive.com/dark-home/). However, we noticed that the inner pages appear to use a light theme. Is it possible to have the inner pages match the dark theme style of the homepage?

3.Sticky Header: Is there an option to enable a sticky header? It currently appears static.

4.Homepage Search Functionality: Can the homepage search section be customised? We would like to add an additional tab next to “Guests.”

Can you kindly confirm the above points so that we can finalise our decision and proceed with the purchase?

1. The images that you get with the demo content can be used on your website. The images are the ones that you see on the demo website, and they are available for anyone who purchases the theme.

2. You can adjust the backgrounds and text colors manually to achieve the desired look.

3. There is an option to enable/disable the sticky header on the page.

4. Unfortunately, there is no option to add another tab in the search. Achieving this would require some custom coding, and that is not included in the support that we provide.

There is not one global switch option to change the skin of the page. You need to adjust the colors or skins manually within the settings of the sections and widgets.

Thank you, I found a problem. WPML plugin is no longer compatible because I am not using a paid version. You should reconsider making your theme compatible with other free language plugins, not only WPML.
