I would like the patients to only be able to book 1 appointment at a time. if they already have booked an appointment the whole appointment booking part is “unusable/inactive” untill the already booked appointment is closed. is that possible?

Currently, the functionality to restrict patients to book only one appointment at a time—where the booking system becomes inactive until the existing appointment is closed—is not available by default in KiviCare.

Are you referring to the KiviCare patient dashboard? You can add sidebar menus by going to Settings -> Sidebar Setting. Please note that the URL will open in a new tab. You can try the demo here: https://demo.kivicare.io/

To hide the “Choose Clinic” option from the appointment widget, you can pass the clinic_id parameter in the [kivicareBookAppointment] shortcode.
For example: [kivicareBookAppointment clinic_id=1]
This will set the clinic automatically and remove the “Choose Clinic” option from the widget.

Currently, in KiviCare, you can only customize the redirect URL after user login. Customizing the redirect URL after user registration is not supported at this time. However, we plan to include this functionality in the next update.

1. Start by deleting the current KiviCare Pro plugin from your setup.
2. Go to the “Appearance” section and find the new “Install Plugins” option.
3. From there, install the latest version of the KiviCare Pro plugin.
If you’re not using the KiviCare Theme:
You can download the latest version of KiviCare Pro [here](https://themeforest.net/downloads).
Important: Ensure to back up any custom code before updating the plugins.

The issue I have for using Kivicare theme is that it’s super slow. I have tested using newspaper theme with Kivicare EHR plugin, same hosting, big difference. Please see attached pagespeed test here. No changes done, just loaded demo content. What are you doing to address this?

I did. Did not help much no matter what we do. The theme is super slow.

The KiviCare Pro plugin is currently in Version 2.5.1 at least thats what is what is in the package.

Hi, we are using a different theme to set up our site with KiviCare. Why won’t it allow using the same email as a doctor (a WordPress user) when set as clinic admin? This should be allowed, as a doctor (a WordPress user) might also be assigned as clinic admin. Using separate emails for WP and Kivicare is a hassle and doesn’t make sense.
When saving a clinic setup using the same email with a wp user, it prompts “the same email” notice!
