Hello, We are facing a problem with ajax load more posts and light speed cacher. The problem is that we are not getting any posts when pressing the load more buttons. After clearing the site cache, the load more button works and we can see the other posts. We are in communication with Light Speed plugin support team and they are asking what the nonce name is. Could you provide us with this information? We have installed and active the latest version the theme. Thanks!

I had an installation issue and the only help I could receive was to tell me to delete everything on the site and start over and try to reinstall again. Since I had been working on the content for 3 weeks, telling me to delete it and the database was not helpful. I plan to request a refund and try to find another theme that would give me better support should I need it.

I wasn’t looking for demo content import. The issue was that in my original installation, and in a subsequent one that I tried with a clean Word Press installation, the child themes did not install. So doing a third installation wouldn’t help, in my opinion. I just needed the child themes installed. So I will be looking for a refund since your theme doesn’t work for my purposes.

The theme comes with one child theme, you can choose if you want to install it during the theme installation process (if you are doing a Manual Install). Child theme should be used in case you want to modify theme files and implement some customization. In case you don’t want to customize the theme files there is no need to activate a child theme.
A child theme is a sub-theme that inherits all the functionality and style of the main theme. When a child theme is activated, your site still uses the main theme but with the changes that are added on a child theme. Child themes are a safe way to modify a WordPress theme without directly altering the theme code.
The theme comes with three demo contents (not child themes), you can choose the one you need and import demo content so that your site look like our demo one.

I wanted the Pet Shelter layout. It was one of the three listed. I was not able to install it and the help desk doesn’t appear to be able to do it either without deleting my whole site and all the files and database.

Our support agents will gladly help you with the desired layout import, but as mentioned previously in order to prevent any issues with demo content import it should be done on a clean WordPress installation, appreciate your understanding.
If it is just a question of importing sample layout or graphics, why can’t you just add these images to my already existing site? You want me to delete hours of work over a 3 week period just because your demo content wouldn’t install. I followed all directions when I installed your theme (twice already!) and that is why I looked to you for support. Clearly you aren’t going to truly help, except to tell me to start over.

There is no separate XML file with demo content that can be used. The theme comes with one-click demo content importer which brings all this content to your website to make it look like our demo. It is highly recommended to import demo content on a clean site, besides in case some content has been already added it will be mixed with the demo content.
Pet Shelter demo includes more then 100 images and consists of 9 Posts, 16 Pages, 9 Profiles, 9 Campaigns, 6 WooCommerce Products and 33 Templates. Besides there also are settings for custom post types and taxonomies, custom fields, Give plugin content (donations settings), local icons and local fonts, Forminator plugin forms, widgets and theme settings data.
We can’t say for sure what caused the issue with demo content import from your end. May be there are some restrictions or limits set on your server. We can try to import the theme demo for you without deleting the content you’ve added but to start the import process there is a need to get access to your WordPress admin dashboard (at the moment the password you’ve provided in the support request doesn’t work). Please proceed in the ticket and provide correct WordPress and FTP credentials so that our support agents can provide you with assistance.

Hello. I can’t change “fetured image” in a post with Elementor. The image change option does not appear in any of the left menus. Also, I can’t reach the support page. It gives server error. Your preview is also deadlocked. I started to worry.
Ok. I solved the “fetured image” problem. I was able to change it from Wordpress’ classic editor. I would like to state again that I could not reach the resources related to the link given for support and the preview of the site. See you later.

GiveWP creates some custom user roles and capabilities to provide you with more flexibility in how you allow your website users to manage and see your donation-related data in your admin area. Is it possible for someone with GiveWp manager to just create and edit their own campaign? I want to turn off other features. in additional; it is included user id verification methods ( like 2fa ) ? thanks

There is no front end submission form to create a campaign, campaigns can be created via WordPress admin panel. Users with the GiveWP Manager role have access to everything within the GiveWP admin screens and sure can create and edit campaigns. Please look through the following article to know the capabilities provided by this or that user role.
GiveWP plugin itself doesn’t include user id verification methods, you can try to use some plugin for the purpose, we just can’t recommend you any as we haven’t implemented the needed compatibility tests, appreciate your understanding.
