I was considering buying this theme but i saw in a couple comments that you guys are forcing everyone to use lazy loading without an option to turn it off. it kinda looks strange to have all images including a header logo look like it’s loading in zooming ish after a page loads.

After our customers come to the payment page and enter all the information and want to pay by credit card, the order is automatically created and the screen closes before they can enter the credit card information. We use the Iyzico virtual POS system. I’m sure the problem is in the theme. Because when I change the theme it works fine. I can’t open a ticket but there is such a problem. Can you help me how to solve this?

After the latest update the carousel have stopped working properly.

The product image carousel is completely broken – there is a solution to add some CSS but this is still an issue.

The modern slider elementor element is broken too, if you set the link to be the entire box, all slides lead to the same url as set in the first slide.

We purchased this theme and the recent minimog update broke Elementor sections! Now they’re forcing you to pay for the support license to get support. What a scam!

Can you please enable heirarchy for the ‘product brands’ plugin linking with WooCommerce. Is there a way for this? At present the option to nest brand categories under parents is not there.

If it isn’t possible, can I install a different product brand plugin instead?

I would like to suggest minimogWP to a customer. Before I do so I would like to know if I can choose Polylang over WPML. The customer will have his/her pages in French and German languages. How well does minimogWP function with Polylang and can your templates of different pages, eg.: checkout page, shopping cart page, etc, be translated? If so, will the free version of Polylang do the job or Polylang for WooCommerce must be installed for such translations?

How can we disable the cart drawer (slide in from side)? We would like the mini cart icon to link to the cart page. We already set the theme setting > Add to cart behaviour to default. Good to know: we builded a header with Elementor, using the Minimog mini cart Element.

I bought this theme a while ago so unfortunately I don’t have support anymore. I was just wondering if you got some support tickets related to the responsiveness of the website. The “product page” is completely broken on ipad/tablet. Please see screenshots. Both in landscape and portrait mode.

Any suggestions on what I could do to fix this? I don’t have anything installed that I didn’t before. I’m afraid this problem occurred after installing the latest theme update.
