The Demo install not working and The theme crashed my site with an error on the plugin amie core. I have no clue what to do.
Bought this in january 2024, Have not had the time to update my website until now with this theme – so the support expired before I could have a look at the theme. Bummer for me now I guess.

Ok update – stopped the theme from crashing my site.
2 problems. Still cannot install demo content + Plugin advanced custom fields pro cannot be updated so it makes a critical error on my page.

These two issues should not be a problem on a newly fresh theme install on a newly wordpress install.
Could you please return to me? I am unable to install demo content and the plugin mentioned before is still not working.

Thank you for your patience. We have just tested the demo installation, and it works smoothly.
Are you installing the theme on a fresh WordPress setup? We have updated the ACF Pro plugin to the newest version. Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and following the instructions.
Try reinstalling it again and let us know the results. It would be helpful if you could record your steps so we can identify what might be going wrong and advise you on what to do differently. You can send the recording or link to our email.

If you would like to update the plugin, you can simply reinstall it. To do this, remove the existing version and reinstall it using the same process as the original theme installation. This will ensure you have the latest version installed.

Hello. I have now seen the video. I was doing the exact same thing – but it did not working. Now I just retried it – and fatal error again with custom fields pro.. And also – the one click demo still is not working.. So I have the same problems. Help!! I just want this theme to work so bad, but it does not. I have no idea what to do!

i have used the theme for a while now and are over all happy with it. I have two concerns with the theme do. 1. There are demo pages that won’t open in Elementor, for example shop and blog – Pages with have Instagram feed and Follow me @Alisahester witch I’m unable to remove. 2. Blogpags look horrible with the sticky images, and could need an redesign
Also an integrated key for Advanced Custom Fields PRO would be nice when it’s included with the theme.

1. There are demo pages, like shop and blog, that won’t open in Elementor. There are technical reasons why these pages are not made with Elementor. If you want to remove some parts of the page, it is possible to do so with customization. 2. Blog pages: Thank you for your feedback. We will take this into account for the future.

There are two ways to do it:
1. Remove the widget, but it will be removed from all pages. 2. Use CSS: .woocommerce-shop .art-theme-widget-area-bottom { display: none; }
Using CSS will remove the widget only on the store page (the entire widget area will be removed).

Theme update include the last version of ACF (6.2.1.1). You can find it in Demo-install>plugins folder. It is a bundled plugin, you would need to update it manually.

I was checked if it is possible to upload video in portfolio catalogue instead of photo. It should work the same way as on https://firstsight.design/palette/studio/portfolio-page-archive-categories/ so you can add a video to catalogue and it will be opened in the pop-up window. I did not manage to do the same in the Amie theme, at the same time I see the field for embedding a video. On Monday, I will clarify this with our technical specialist.

Hi all, I installed Amie Elementor Template for WordPress. After deleting the Theme-Footer (what I do not remember how I did that last year, the <?php get_footer(); ?> is still in the index.php of the theme. I created the new one with Elementor Header & Footer Plug-In. When testing the App I realized that the Burger Icon in Mobile View does not work. Googeling I found the solution: Delete the Footer from Elementor Header & Footer. The result was the Burger Icon was running BUT my Footer (that one from Amie Template) got lost. How can I get it back, please!

Looks like on your website is a custom footer. As a result, Theme scripts do not work. In this case, you need also to customize a custom header.
Or you can return the standard theme’s footer and it would work.
