Demo download only works for some versions. We’ve been trying to dowload home page 9, 10, 11, 12, each time it shows it downloaded successfully but the pages are not there in the page section. We posted a support ticket and provided full admin login. It’s been 2 days and no one has replied to help. Hope someone will read this and help us fix this issue. Thank you.

This is the worst theme I have ever purchased. I am extremely disappointed. All of my website’s content turned bold without any action on my part. Now, the entire website appears messed up.
Additionally, menu images have disappeared. They are showing in the backend but not on the actual website.

I just downloaded the theme again, but when I try to install, it gives me the “Incompatible Archive.” error. What should I do?
managed to do it through FTP, but now when installing the demo content, it generates an error. 90% looks fine though, but the menu CSS is not loading correctly. It still points to “http://localhost/seocify/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/map_overlay.png “

When i try to activate the product i get the “No activations left” !! every other theme there is a dashboard to unregister a site and register again so you can move your license freely, in yours, isnt ?
I update the damn thing and it ask for keys to go to the theme option

Did you miss the point where i said i update the theme and then it asked for key again ? (It means that there will be no deactivation since it wants to activate) and YES it was activated if that would be your next reply.

It’s for an SEO and digital marketing Agency company. We never mentioned on the item details that it’s compatible with WooCommerce but still, you can use the WooCommerce plugin with the theme. After WooCommerce installation, you have to assign the default pages (Shop, Cart, Checkout) to the menu.
