I am looking for a theme that will be the basis of my future real estate website. Yours seems to me the most complete and such that it will be helpful for me to complete everything that is needed. I don’t need online payment because the site is primarily for advertising new builds and properties that are certainly not sold online. The main question is whether the main categories that your theme have: “events”, “service”, and “rental” can be changed? I practically only need to change the name while keeping the other subcategories and of course translating it to the basic language in which the site should be – Serbian.

Despite the successful installation of all required plugins, the theme still indicates that some plugins need to be installed. This error message persists even though I have taken the following steps:

- Checked all plugins to ensure they are installed and activated. - Cleared the website cache and tried again. - Checked the website for potential conflicts with other plugins.

1. what is the default listings order? 2. can the order be set by “most popular” (i.e. most purchases)? 3. can the “featured” feature be applied to promote specific listings higher up the ranking? if currently not available with the commission per purchase pricing model, would it be possible to develop soon?

I want to have a site where User Type A can list for free and be searchable. Then User Type B has to pay for duration access in order to view hidden fields (example phone number, video) of the listing by User Type A. Is this possible?

This means that I will need 2 user types. 1 for free lister. 1 to pay and view listings’ hidden fields after paying.

Hi, we have a few questions regarding paid listings in Listeo: - how can we limit the access of users according to the features included in the listing plan they have selected and signed up to? Currently we’re reviewing all listings added manually but we’d like to reduce our editing time by enabling users to only add what is included in their listing plan. - how can we notify users if their listing has not been approved or is pending and requires a review by the user/owner? - how can payments made via the platform show up in our connected payment platform in the way we like with the information we want it to show so that we can track the payments better? - how can the expiration date of a listing be customised per listing plan and automatically applied when a user submits their listing according to the plan they’ve chosen?

Hi i noticed a bug in the search:

Go here: https://listeo.pro/listing-category/apartments/ Select Check-in Check-out dates 27 -29 June 2024. Sunny Apartment comes up BUT the dates selected are NOT FREE. Same happens with any other dates if the check-in and check-out matches a booking already taken.

I want to have a listing that can be claimed and the person has to pay recurring monthly fees or recurring annual fees to keep it. If the payment stops the listing goes back to unclaimed. Is that possible? I dont want to loose all of the reviews etc on the listing.
