Hello Do I need to purchase Elementor Pro separately to import the demo content, and is Elementor Pro also required for editing?

WOW, your template is amazing is fulfilling my wishlist…
Before purchasing, could you help: 1) does Elementor Pro (since its subscription) be always “active” to run the template? 2) Is there to turn off the mouse dot pointer? Can the mouse pointer react (change) according to the type objects it is hovering (photo, link, etc)? 3) On some image sliders (like “Stories we Tell”), on hovering with mouse there is a change of cursor icon. Since it’s like a Portfolio element, could there be some individual texts on hover related to the image?

Hi there, i’m having an issue with this theme an also with PixelPier theme. I just made a clean install and i’m having problems when updating the VamTam Elementor Integration plugin, i tried to upload it via FTP (since i got it from Elements), but when i try to unzip the file it gives me an error. I downgraded the WP version to 6.7 and it still doesn’t work. The latest version of PixelPier worked fine, but now any of the updates work. So, i don’t mind updating it manually, as long as it works. Thanks

Hi Thanks! I just submitted a ticket. I figured out how to use the let’s collaborate box, but some of the posts are breaking now and I also can’t figure out how to edit the client/year copy for each individual post (seems when i switch categories things break too) Looking forward to getting help with these issues. Other than some other small issues like not being able to access the theme settings as well, i love this theme so far. Really great!

I’ve already gone through the guides and tried everything I could before submitting my ticket, but I’m still unable to figure this out. The links support provided were just general and didn’t contain any useful info—no screenshots, no clear direction on where to make the changes I need. I really like this theme and absolutely think it’s worth the investment, but I’m not sure why support would only send two generic links instead of directly pointing me to the right solution. My ticket #88908. Any help would be appreciated!
Just want to update for anyone looking to buy this theme. Still love the theme, still think it’s great, still worth the investment, HOWEVER I would have loved if customer support was more supportive. I finally solved my issue after some more digging but for a theme this expensive I think customer support should really be more helpful.
Guides can never cover all aspects of a theme. Elementor + Elementor Pro have millions of option combinations. If you are not experienced with both you may consider buying the theme here or hiring someone to help you out. Envato policy is clear – we don’t provide support for Elements clients. Also note that automatic updates are not available, and you will have to update the plugins and the theme using FTP. Thanks VamTam
