We’re unable to edit the sidebar containing the name “Alice Qelvin.” Even after attempting to delete the text via the archive section, no changes were applied.
We’re also unable to make changes to the footer or update the default logo.

What is the size of post’s header image (featured image), whenever i try to post anything it cuts some of the content of the image

Thank you for your question. There are several sizes used in the theme. There are several single post layout and each have a image size. Also in the posts widgets in the Elementor, you can choose a size for image. So it dependent which layout you are using. However it is recommended to use images that have a padding and the main content is in the center. Wordpress crop images to several sizes.

To use your kayleen theme or anyone one has to be well versed with elementor pro or else waste of money. Hard to configure if you have a gutenberg background.

Thanks for you response concerning the difficulties to import the data demo. I guess the issue comes from the “max_execution_time” paramter which is set to 165 by my host and need to be 300 in your recommandation. Unfortunately, this paramater can’t be set to another value without changing the hosting offer, that I won’t do. Do you need the admin id and password to import the media files manually ?

Hello, I’ve recently purchased the Kayleen theme and tried to import demo data. Unfortunately, I’ve got a huge amount of error messages like “[ERROR] Failed to import “atikh-bana-FtBS0p23fcc-unsplash” (Fichier média)”. The result is there’s no images in the template demo. I’ve checked the wp-content/uploads on my FTP server which is 755. How can I fix this ? Thanks in advance
