For instance, the rich text metafields in custom tabs aren’t working correctly—they’re displaying as raw rich text or JSON code rather than being formatted properly. How can I resolve this issue, or is there a way to get support since it seems to be a theme-related problem?

This is not theme issue. The custom tab just supports single-line text and multiple-line text, not support for richtext. So when you enter richtext, it will not show the format as you want.

- Ella Shopify 6.0 - Child themes (This file comes with some child themes, other child themes are already included as a homepage in Ella theme) - PSD file: We only provide PSD file of Ella default homepage

i really want to like this theme but i ran in so many bugs . the mobile menu is not loading properly, its hanging in a endless loading loop or something and i am not even able to hit the x button at right top,...

Hello, In the ella theme, I want to put the description section of the collection page at the bottom of the products. I read the article shared on this subject, but you showed the main colleciton.liqued field in the code there. I cannot see this file under the section in the code edit. If you want to move the Collection description under the product block, you can use collection description of Banner block on Main collection, we have the setting so that you can put it on the top or the bottom as you want.
Please go to Collection page -> Main collection -> Banner -> enable option “Show collection description” and choose “Bottom” for Description position:

In fact, the thumbnail only displays background image of video, not video, so it cannot auto-play as you want.
However, when you click on the thumbnail, the video will auto-play in the main product area. This feature is available in the Ella theme.

Using the latest update from Oct 10, 2024. Trying to use the complementary products feature block on the default product page template. Cannot seem to get the Add to Cart button to show/work even though we have the ATC feature enabled in the Complementary Products block. We’ve reviewed your documentation as well. Can you provide any direction on how to get the ATC button work? Is it only going to work for a product without any variants (ie. Color/Size)?

This is not a theme issue, we would like to explain this case:
“Add to cart” button will display for products with only one variant. For products with multiple variants, the ‘Quick Add’ button will appear so users can select a variant before adding it to the cart. After selecting a variant, users can normally add it to the cart.
If you simply want to change the text from “Quick Add” to “Add to Cart”, please go to Edit default theme content (https://prnt.sc/NLJfR1gD2tjB) -> Enter the keyword on the search bar -> change text in the box below (https://prnt.sc/Pdgz1LkYv_vT).

We see you are using Ella 5.1.0. We have hardcoded each Header and in Header 10 there will be no Gift card icon. In this version, if you want to have a Gift card icon in Header, you can consider switching to Header 08: https://prnt.sc/aC1QaLklGFmp
