Hi ,, preslae question: when using Multivendor option, how the restaurant receive the order and confirm it, alerts ? notifications ? special APP ? whatsApp?

The Cuinare theme is primarily built based on the WPCafe plugin. In WPCafe, there is a live order notification feature, but it is currently available only for the admin. Vendors do not receive direct live notifications. However, vendors can log in to their vendor dashboard to view all orders, and they will also receive an email notification whenever a sale is made from their store.
We also support WhatsApp notifications, which operate through the admin’s setup. You can add vendor numbers to receive alerts, but vendors cannot connect or manage their own WhatsApp accounts individually.
Note: The WhatsApp feature is not fully functional at the moment. It has already been completed and will be available in the upcoming release.

The theme is a really good one. I recently updated the theme but the wp cafe pro version can’t be updated.

Hi, is this theme multi-vendor or multi-user? My goal is to use it as a marketplace, but for restaurants or dark kitchens to register, a site exclusively for that type of business, does this theme work or not? Should each restaurant have its own dashboard or control panel? Or if this theme isn’t suitable for that, should you consider creating one like that? Please confirm.

Cuinare is a multi-vendor supported theme. We have integrated the Dokan and WPCafe Multi-Vendor plugin, so each vendor can use their own dashboard and manage all settings. For order management and food services, we utilize WPCafe and WooCommerce. So, I think Cuinare is perfect according to your queries.

I just downloaded this theme again to get the latest. Still, what I see in the demo is not what I get when installing the system. Even Dokan plugin was missing. Same with most of the demo content. When are you going to let the demo content in the file be the same as you have on your demo site? Still can’t use the theme.

Thank you. As of now, we took Cuinare off the online server and checking it locally on our developer server, Laragon again. It’s up and running there.
So, the basic problem now that made us buy a script on codecanyon instead was that it seems like there is no way of filtering out restaurants, based on the location of the customer, So, a customer in one end of the country will see a resto serving only customer in the other end of the country.
I guess opening up a support ticker is not needed anymore since we got it running offline. The things missing might come in an update?

Unfortunately it did not work. The portal is not allowing me to create a new ticket because there is an open ticket. When i tried commenting the open ticket it says “Sorry, the support license on this ticket has expired. The ticket owner will need to extend their support license and submit a new ticket.”
