Hey, Which mobile you are using? We used standard font-size for Mobile view port and the full site is Mobile Responsive.
Make your your phone is not zoom in or zoom out.
I loved this theme and purchased with lots of hope, but your support is very pathetic. Nobody is replying the ticket (Ticket #3759118). I have purchased more than 100 themes from here but this was my worst decision.

I want to build out the careers page like I did with your otherr theme, Axtra – I did that here https://neuralrec.ai/home-main/vacancies/ – but with this theme (Arolax) although you have all the inner career pages, there is no way of easily adding the job vacancies via “careers” in the dashboard. How do I do this please?
Whilst on this, same goes with the Team. You have all the inner pages, but it would be so much easier to do it via the dashboard. Do I need to upload certain plugins? I didn’t have to with the Axtra – it was already built in. Thank you.

Hi, I am trying to use a slider template. I tried adding WCF Template, however, it does not add the slider on my page, it simply adds a container. When I looked at support documents I found multiple slider options and their documentation, but the only options available to me are: WCF Brand Slider, Arolax Service Slider, Arolax Brand Slider, Slides
What I don’t see is WCF Content Slider, WCF Event Slider, and WCF Image Box Slider. How do I get these widgets?
Also, There is an active preloader which is a circle with Arolax name that shows up before loading the page. How do I edit/remove/change it?

Hello, I have already updated the theme and plugin and have visiting this document earlier too and today as well.. however, I am still not able to get away with the preloader that has arolax name in it also the widgets are still the same, I still do not see content slider, event slider etc. Could you please assist.

Hey there, was wondering why I don’t see a central area in the wordpress admin where you can adjust different aspects of the theme like global fonts, typography, image sizes, color settings, etc. Many themes on Envato carry that ability, though I don’t see that with this theme. I do see that every element is styled within each page settings of Elementor, and the global settings for Elementor haven’t really been touched – but I was looking for more of a standardized approach to working with this theme, not having to style each individual element of a page, that is severely time consuming, did I miss something on install?

I can’t understand how I need to buy a new license every time I use the theme in a new domain. It’s completely crazy. They don’t advertise it either, so it surprises you once you want to use it a second time. Good theme but I will not buy anothers designs from this company any more
Hi, I’ve understand your concern. But, This feature is available in all themes on Themeforest. You cannot connect a license to multiple domains simultaneously. This is not specific to our theme; it is a standard feature across all themes.
