When the issue happens, the server becomes unable to specify what has gone wrong. Hence it provides the “HTTP 500 Internal Server Error” without providing a detailed error message. A variety of issues can cause it in the WordPress installation and on the server side. Here are a few factors: Server configuration issue, Corrupted .htaccess file, Syntax error in code.
That issue only come from your “animation-addons-for-elementor” this plugin. Please share exect this plugin related thoughts.

To resolve your 500 internal server error, please try the following steps:
1/ Flush your permalinks (set permalinks to “Post name”). 2/ Increase your PHP memory limit. 3/ Configure the .htaccess file. Check if the issue is resolved.

Hi, I have 2 presale questions. We want to buy 3 licenses. 1. whats up with the pagespeed. As this is one or 2 comments in the review. Do you use cashing? Or code enhancing for your demo? Our servers are strong but we do not want to buy a laggy site ofcourse, if it is the case. Can you give a view of what you use to maintain pagespeed? 2. I want to build out the careers page like I did with your otherr theme, Axtra – I did that here https://neuralrec.ai/home-main/vacancies/ – but with this theme (Arolax) although you have all the inner career pages, there is no way of easily adding the job vacancies via “careers” in the dashboard. How do I do this please?
Whilst on this, same goes with the Team. You have all the inner pages, but it would be so much easier to do it via the dashboard. Do I need to upload certain plugins? I didn’t have to with the Axtra – it was already built in. Thank you.

Hi, I am trying to use a slider template. I tried adding WCF Template, however, it does not add the slider on my page, it simply adds a container. When I looked at support documents I found multiple slider options and their documentation, but the only options available to me are: WCF Brand Slider, Arolax Service Slider, Arolax Brand Slider, Slides
What I don’t see is WCF Content Slider, WCF Event Slider, and WCF Image Box Slider. How do I get these widgets?
Also, There is an active preloader which is a circle with Arolax name that shows up before loading the page. How do I edit/remove/change it?

Hello, I have already updated the theme and plugin and have visiting this document earlier too and today as well.. however, I am still not able to get away with the preloader that has arolax name in it also the widgets are still the same, I still do not see content slider, event slider etc. Could you please assist.
