Ok, I read the link but suggested me to install swift theme and not this theme? I really thought that this theme is optimized already as per advertized. But based on the link, there are lot of plugins needs to install. Maybe I can request for a refuund on this as that is what I am looking for, an optimized-ready theme. Thank you.

Our theme is highly optimized, but optimization involves more than just the theme. Regardless of the theme used, without caching or proper optimization practices, WordPress cannot cache content without additional plugins. Exactly! All I thought is the theme is optimized already. Also, I have image optimizer, caching plugin, images are in webp format with very low size.Still my page site did not pass core web vital. I also tried without content, the same, core web vital failed. So, it seems there is optimization needed to be integrated.
