The theme I purchased is not matching the preview/demo shown. The layout is very different, and several elements seem to be missing. You go to Theme Options > General > Logo – Favicon > Logo > Change your logo. Or you can change it in Edit Page > Page Options > Header – Breadcrumb > Logo > change your logo ( or remove the default logo ).

Hello Support Team, When I upload the main Merto theme I am getting the following error “Sorry, that didn’t work. Please try again or come back later. 503 Error. Service Unavailable.”
When I am uploading, it takes almost 10 minutes and then this error comes on the screen. Please help me upload the theme in correct way. Thank in advance

But few problem white update fonts i have changed “Poppins” font to “Inter” its not reflecting in the website, also changes the footer (footer 4 to footer 1) that also still same as before. can you please check and update

This is a great theme for version 1 and very easy to customize. Here are some issues, that i hope you can solve them:
1) Theme seems not to be working with the popular plugin Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce | WooCommerce Waitlist Pro. When a product is out of stock, the form from the plugin not showing up
2) The extra custom product tab cant get any customization on the text. No paragraphs, no bolds, or anything else, even if i use the code tab.
3) Number and percent sale badge, is completely wrong to products with variations.
And a question: Can i edit the single product page with Elementor Pro?

Hello, first i want to say awesome job on the theme. I had done something i can’t seem to get past, when I started I had use a different email and it was mixed between my account long story short I have everything back on the correct email Envato, Google, Elementor and Wordpress site but now when I try to add the purchase code on Register Slider Revolution it keeps coming back Invalid code or code is locked is there way to discontinue that code and get a new one or what would be the best route to take.

Hello, Inquiry Regarding Edit of Account Button Link in Website Header
I want to inquire about the procedure for editing the account button in the header, which states, “You do not have an account yet? Register Now.” This button currently directs users to an incorrect link (https://domain/?page_id=10376).
It is essential to update this link, as the account section is intended for all users who wish to log in or register as customers on our site. I have already enabled the registration form within WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy and activating the option that allows customers to create an account on the “My Account” page. But it remains the same.

Please check to make sure that you installed the correct package. If you downloaded the All files & documentation package, you will need to extract it and install the merto.zip package.
