Godaddy says its not their server can you please fix this issue or provide me with another theme.

Thank you for replying back but how when I just said that your site is asking for a purchase code and Envato monthly membership does NOT give you a purchase code. Please send me the email info to send you the login info. if will NOT let me send a ticket without a purchase code that I did not get because I’m using the monthly envato membership with unlimited downloads.

You cannot use purchase codes in Elements to create tickets. The system is only available with purchase codes on ThemeForest. You can create tickets with category as theme custom. Plese check: https://casethemes.ticksy.com/submit/#100022798

I bought this theme for my client, in a different account, I have found an issue with google fonts enqueue, Can you fix it..
In this function savour_fonts_url() , there is semicolon for 2 of these at the end, and because of this the final url is 404… which is added to the header

I accidentally purchased the product and didn’t download it. I requested a refund, but they didn’t comply with their own rules. My refund request was denied, even though I didn’t download the product, which was a requirement for a refund. I’m beginning to doubt whether they are a completely honest team.
