Is it possible on the mobile menu to flip the contact icons with the menu (so the menu comes on top and the contact info(icon) under)? Its a better UX IMO

Related to import, this usually happens if you do not install and activate the WooCommerce prior to import.
Related to the 404 issue, the theme does not handle WooCommerce slugs on its own in any way.
Have you tried to regenerate URLs in WordPress / to re-save your Permalink Settings. This action flushes and regenerates the rewrite rules in your server’s .htaccess file, fixing issues like 404 errors or broken links after a migration or new plugin installation.

Hi - After the update to version 1.3.1, all the content in Header Left and Right Widgets was moved to the top of all website pages and we had to remove it. What could be the reason? From the message on your backend it seems that plugins are causing the issue.
First to gain access to your wp-admin, use ftp to delete woosidebars and cost calculator plugins in wp-content/plugins. Delete both folders with everything in it.
It should give you access to wp-admin again. Like theme, all plugins need to be updated to their latest versions as well.
Once you gain access to the wp-admin, you can install new versions of problematic plugins.

If you edit the static page which is set as your post page, you first need to remove the static section (existing static header)
Then in global settings overrides (meta box at the bottom of page edit form) add override “Hide default headline” and leave it unchecked.

How do you switch the theme to RTL? I downloaded WPML, it translates the content, but the layout is still LTR

If you are starting from an imported demo, when you switch to RTL based language on Settings > General tab, app Bold Builder’s individual elements, including header layout, sidebars and other template elements will inherit RTL orientation.
On the other hand, all columns and inner columns within the individual sections on the page need to be rearranged manually using drag and drop in Bold Page Builder and placed accordingly in line with your needs.

The theme has always worked fine, but now it is incompatible with CF7 conditional fields . I have many contact forms that I use on the site based on the time of year, I can’t redo everything. Are you working on fixing this incompatibility?

Based on what we can see, there is a on change handler attached to the select coming from CF7 conditional fields plugin, so that does not seem to be an issue.
As we do not know the inner workings of CF7 conditional fields after the change event is triggered, please contact the authors of the plugin and check what else might be wrong. We will gladly take a closer look at it but we need some pointers.

Here is how the Setting generally work
The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default. On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on a per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice the Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
You probably have a header related override (and some other overrides) set on the home page and it causes the problem. Try removing these overrides on pages with issues.

Tabula is not compatible with elementor, you need to use Bold Page Builder instead
Yes, you can translate Tabula to Arabic and create RTL layouts in Tabula.

I am very close to requesting a refund. I am fairly experienced with Wordpress and I have found that after installing this theme and simply wanting to use demo content – I do not understand how to – I want to change the homepage layout – I do not understand how to. I really don’t like using caching plugin on development site and infact it’s not recommended.
The truth is the website pages load well when I am not logged as admin. But once logged in to work on the site, it loads so slowly
