A new update has been released, but it still hasn’t appeared on the WordPress dashboard. This theme is a disaster from start to finish. I have been a member of this platform for 13 years and have purchased hundreds of items. Honestly, this is the worst theme I have ever owned.

In order to update the theme you need to follow the instructions from this article. At the bottom of the article, there is also a video tutorial that you can follow. Another theme is used as an example in the video, but the process is the same.

Please note that the theme won’t be added to the “Supported Items” dropdown automatically after the purchase. It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first so the purchase code can be verified.
When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

Now I can’t login at all. Website says: “Your account has not been verified yet. Please check your email in order to verify your account and complete the registration.” But no email is coming.

Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

Thank you for the information. I strongly suggest that you delete WPBakery in the compatibility section. That may be the case – technically – but I personally (and I guess there are many others) find it annoying to get themes in the search results, that rely on Elementor when filtering down to WPBakery.

Guys, I spent a full day trying to import the Theme. System settings is just perfect for that. But in fact after 12 hours of attempts and the Theme looks broken. Okey, I should go to Support Center and submit a request – but there are NO option to submit a request for this Theme.

You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.
When submitting a ticket, please make fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

is it possible to use the theme on multiple websites with the same purchase code?

Unfortunately multisite license option is not available. Our themes are sold under the Regular License and each installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain.

Demo content is built using theme templates, options, custom shortcodes and free version of Elementor page builder. The shop is created using WooCommerce plugin. The product single is using the theme template where options are set in the backend and only “Description” tab can be edited with Elementor.

It’s been very frustrating to figure out how to edit the product tab information. The default woocommerce product description doesn’t overwrite the single product page tab, and there is a ‘how to apply’ tab that I can’t get rid of. how do I edit these?

Please navigate to Elementor > Settings and enable Elementor for Products too. After that you should open the product pages with Elementor and edit the description tab though the editor.
