Hello! Theme and Updates are Wondeful, But it Needs a Few Major Updates on the Filter Page.

1. Choosing City is Good, But Every City Has Many Locations Within. Please Add an Option to Add the Locations From Backend, User Can Use the Filters While Searching For any Property.

2. Based on Kind of Property a customer Choose (Commercial / Residential), Based on Rent and Buy Options – The Filter Should be More Dynamic. It Should Keep Changing and Give the Customer Proper Response on How to Choose a Property Exactly.

Urgent Issue with Redux Framework – Extended License for Houzez

Dear Houzez Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding an urgent issue on my site, immobilier-swiss.ch. I hold an Extended License for the Houzez theme, which includes 6 months of support.

The problem concerns the Redux Framework plugin (version 4.5.0), which is blocking the functionality of Elementor and Yoast SEO on my WordPress site (version 6.7.1). Here are the details:

- Yoast SEO remains stuck in a loading state - Unable to create or edit blog posts, pages, or property listings - Elementor is also not functioning properly

Installed plugins: - Elementor (version 3.25.10) - Yoast SEO (version 1.9.6) - Redux Framework (version 4.5.0) - Houzez Theme (version 3.4.4)

I temporarily deactivated the Redux Framework plugin, which resolved the issues. I contacted Redux support, and they advised me to report this problem to you as the theme author.

Could you please: 1. Investigate this conflict between Redux, Elementor, and Yoast SEO 2. Provide a solution or update to resolve this issue 3. Keep me informed of the actions taken

I have already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the plugins and the theme, as well as clearing the cache, without success.

I noticed you promised to add agent/listing verification, but it’s been a long while, and the feature doesn’t seem to be available. Could you confirm if it’s still on your roadmap and timeline?

Also, please confirm the following:

1. Schema – Does the theme come with a property schema?

2. Sponsored/promoted listing – Is there a sponsored listing feature?

3. Messaging – Is there a messaging feature for buyers to chat with agents/agencies directly on the site? If not, are there plans to integrate this? (this is different from emailing with a contact form)

4. Show/hide listing fields based on agent/agency package – can I show fields based on a paid plan? (monetization)

5. Show agent/agency phone number on click – Most marketplace themes show the agent phone like this 01222* and only reveal the full number on click or log in. Do you support either of this?

1 – Is it possible to have some custom fields that are only displayed in the admin. For example, we will not register the exact address for display on the frontend, only an approximate location. However, we would like to have an “exact location” field when editing the property, so that we can register it and our brokers have access to it.

2 – Can we create custom fields for property details in addition to standard fields such as “bedrooms”, “bathrooms”, etc.? Can these fields also be used as filter criteria in the search? For example, “heliport” would not be a standard field in the theme, but can we create it and then use it as a parameter in the search filters?

When you click Create a Listing it should just take you to the login. It doesn’t make sense it takes you to this page: https://default.houzez.co/create-listing/ Then you have to click login. Every other real estate theme takes you directly to the login. Why can’t the button just link to the login? It’s not a good user experience. Thank you.

Hello, I like your theme and I just purchased it.

I would like to do customizations to it for example to add calendar of availability for each property, and also link renters of the properties so I can see immediately in the backend that Property1 for example has had 10 people who showed interest (leads), and 5 people who have booked it.

Can I use my own developer to do that?
