Hi, after the last update, all the distances around all the Megamenu items changed, including the ones from your templates. Checking with inspector, there is a new line that appears:
.wd-sub-menu li>a { padding: 20px !important; }
This line was not there before the update.
It is not there on the production site, it appeared only on staging, where I test all updates before pushing to live. I underline, that nothing else was changed, except update Woodmart to 8.03. I cannot get rid of that element styling, regardless what I put into the personalized CSS. As it is, it destroys any Megamenu and annuls any personalization. Maybe I’m not looking in the correct places, can you point me into the right direction?
Thanks so much.
Hello,
It seems to be related to your custom CSS. Could you please send us your admin access so we can check this for you?

Hi, is it possible to view the images in swatches format by creating the variables inside the product? I await your feedback. Thanks
Hi,
Could you kindly create a topic on our support forum and share all the necessary details about your request, including some screenshots? Please also include admin access so we can assist you more efficiently: https://xtemos.com/forums/forum/woodmart-premium-template/
If your support period has expired, please make sure to renew it on ThemeForest before reaching out.
Thank you!

Since i have no longer support, i just want to let you know that your theme is not compatible with WooCommerce Germanized Gutenberg blocks. When inserting any Germanized Block in a Woodmart single product Gutenberg layout, the result is empty. With the Twenty Twenty Four theme and its Gutenberg Template editor, the blocks are working correctly.
Hello,
Thank you for the report. We will check this on our end.

Hello,
We are now checking this plugin and can’t get its blocks to work with default theme as well. Could you please contact us so we can discuss this issue with you?
Thank you in advance.

Hi! Do you plan to sync or create similar to Elementor and WPBakery blocks for Gutenberg too? I would like to migrate my sites to Gutenberg but it is not possible to achieve the design. Thanks!
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately, there is no automatic migration between builders. Read more information in our documentation here https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-use-gutenberg-with-woodmart/
Kind Regards
I know that there is no such option. I am planing to migrate/recreate all pages manually but in WPBakery and Elementor there are block and styles that are not available in Gutenberg. That’s why I have asked if you plan to create such styles.
Could you please send us some examples of the elements you can’t recreate with Gutenberg?
The hover effect (borders), the equal height (banners) may be the gradient https://www.cvetno-v.com/
Yes, all these options can be set up with Gutenberg as well.
Can you point how can I achieve that because I was trying with no luck.
Try to create a page with the following code to use it as an example
<!-- wp:wd/row {"blockId":"a31c16c2-0ee9-4fbf-ada0-067a38279bf6"} -->

Hi. Something weird is going on. In the headerbuilder I cant delete the header that came with that is named “default header layout”. If I delete it it comes back if I reload or go back in to the header builder. If i change the look of it it will revert back to woodmart. I have builöd a couple of other headers and I have set one of them as defoult BUT still the default is linked to Woodmarts on header that I cant get rid of. SO I first chajged every single page to the header I want but then if I go in to a blog item it has the default header with Woodmart logo.
Here is the webiste: https://vaggarokeri.se/
and here is a single blog post: https://vaggarokeri.se/julkassen/
Please an you tell us what to do?
Otherwie a great theme.

Hello,
I would like to ask you if a theme updates list (what was updated) is available.
I switched to the default wp theme and then back to Woodmart. I also made a theme update and some of custom work I had made it is not displayed properly (I want to find which of the two affected my work, so I can fix it, I think it is due to the update, my previous update wan last year I think).
For example, I noticed that the wp bakery Products (Grid or Carousel) does not “write” the classes col-lg-4 col-md-4 col-6 in the div class=”wd-product (in the products loop). Maybe that’s the reason my modifications are not shown any more as I wanted to. I have used js isotop for quick filtering and when the user clicks on a filter, the filtered products are not shown in 3 columns, but each one takes 100% width, ie, one product per row (as if I had col-12).
So, a list of what changed (if it is available) would help. Not detailed, just files changed.
Thank you
Hello,
We changed a lot in our 8.0 update. No list of files changed because it doesn’t make much sense. Almost every file was changed. As for the col-lg-4 and similar classes, they are no longer used in our theme. So that is why your custom code may not work after the update.
Kind Regards
Hello,
Thank you so much for your reply.
You are right, I also noticed that woodmart/css/bootstrap-light.min.css is not loaded any more.
One solution I will try is to make a clone of the wp bakery Products (Grid or Carousel) and modify it accordingly to use it in specific pages. So may I ask you, where its files are located? It will save me some time to find them.
Thank you again.
You can find the code for this element in the file “inc/shortcodes/products.php”
Thank you so much
Hello, I know my support has ended, but I have a question. I hope you can answer, please. If I configure Google login and it doesn’t work, even though it used to, could it be because Google is now charging? Is it necessary to enable billing? Is it no longer free?
Hello,
Could you please clarify what error do you get or how exactly it works at the moment?
Kind Regards
Logging in with Google is not working for me. I want to know if there have been any changes in Google Cloud Console. Do I need to enable billing or something? It used to work before, but now it doesn’t. I have deactivated plugins, but Google login still doesn’t work.
No it should work as before. Please send us a video so we can better understand the problem.
thanks for reply i sent the video for email to your gmail account.
We are using the theme.
You created a page with elementor in the woodmart> layout menu.
I was using it well, but suddenly the following error occurs.
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function has_weight() on bool in /wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/modules/layouts/elementor/single-product/class-additional-info-table.php:558(....)

The code of 558 lines in the class-additional-info-table.php file.
$display_dimensions = apply_filters( ‘wc_product_enable_dimensions_display’, $product->has_weight() || $product->has_dimensions() );
I don’t know why this error occurred suddenly. Other elementor operation files work normally.
It only occurs in one post (Single product).

WARNING: The “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter is set to 1000 which is not enough for our Theme Settings. You need to increase it to 2000 or higher in your PHP configuration. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter. Otherwise, you will not be able to save Theme Settings.
Hello,
You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase this value to fix the notice.

My support period has ended, since i can’t create topic I will report BUG here:
The JavaScript in the addToCartAllTypes function fails when adding a product to the cart via add to cart button added via Gutenberg blocks because of the additional input field: ( woodmart/js/scripts/wc/addToCartAllTypes.min.js ) // You probably will need issue bigger fix for unminified file.
<input type=”hidden” name=”is-descendent-of-single-product-block” value=”true”> it is woocommerce funcion which adds this: add_is_descendent_of_single_product_block_hidden_input_to_product_form
This field is injected into the form by WooCommerce if you have Add to cart button added via Gutenberg. The line breaks your existing script, resulting in an inconsistent AJAX response. The original script assumes specific properties (a.notices, a.fragments) are always present in the response, causing the following error when they are not:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘indexOf’)
This error prevents the “Add to Cart” show cart once product is added, slider doesn’t slide.
2 fixes were applied and debugging and logging added: In 1st fix added a check to ensure a.notices exists and has the .indexOf() method before calling it. If a.notices is undefined or not a valid type, the function now skips the error-checking logic safely. Before: 0 < a.notices.indexOf(“error”) After: if (a.notices && typeof a.notices.indexOf === “function” && a.notices.indexOf(“error”) > -1) { // Handle error notices } 2nd fix ensured a.fragments defaults to an empty object ({}) if missing in the response, preventing errors during iteration. Before: t = a.fragments; After: t = a.fragments || {};
Also error logging was improved. Whole unminified fixed script can be found: https://pastebin.com/L7He4UXgPlease include this in the next update.
Hi,
Could you please send us a link to your website where we can see this issue?
Kind Regards
Hello, i just explained how to reporoduce the error. Add add to cart button via gutenberg to product page and press added button.
OK, we will check this and fix if needed in our next theme update.
Is it possible to set? instead of showing whole review form make it appear only after clicking a button to write a review.
Hello,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme at the moment.
Kind Regards
Do you plan to add to it?
Currently, we don’t have such plans but you can post your feature request here https://woodmart.canny.io/feature-requests
Hi,
I would like to restrict orders / purchases to registered users only – I mean a user can browse the site, add to cart, but must be registered and logged in to check-out / complete a purchase.
To do this, I have uncheck the option “Enable guest checkout” in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Accounts & Privacy, but it does not work. Users can purchase without registration / login.
Is there a possibility that Woodmart theme interferes with this setting and affects its functionality? Has anyone reported something similar to you?
Thank you
Hello,
Thank you so much for contacting us.
To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
Regards
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
If I will change the theme to TwentyTwentyFour (this is available), is any risk when I will change back to Woodmart, the website be broken? I will export theme settings, I will also take a backup before switching the theme, but that would be a bit hassle to restore if needed.
Regards
Hello,
The only problem that may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. Now, you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions. As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/
Regards
Hello,
Hello,
Thank you for your advice. I switched to TwentyTwentyFour and it was still the same and it was the same. Non logged in users could purchase.
I guess I have to work on woodmart/woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php
I see the code is there,
// If checkout registration is disabled and not logged in, the user cannot checkout.
if ( ! $checkout->is_registration_enabled() && $checkout->is_registration_required() && ! is_user_logged_in() ) {
echo esc_html( apply_filters( 'woocommerce_checkout_must_be_logged_in_message', __( 'You must be logged in to checkout.', 'woocommerce' ) ) );
return;
}
I will check to see if the conditions fail or the apply_filters is not working.
Regards
Hello again,
I checked form-checkout.php in both woocommerce and Woodmart theme and the above code is exactly the same.
To make the stamenet
! $checkout->is_registration_enabled() && $checkout->is_registration_required() && ! is_user_logged_in()
come true, you have to go to woocommerce settings -> Accounts & Privacy and also untick the “Allow customers to create an account: During checkout “
This doesn’t make sense to me because you cannot “require registration” and at the same time disable the registration at checkout page. In my opinion is not well written / stated by woocommerce. So it works by either make this setting off or removing the ! $checkout->is_registration_enabled().
Also, ideally the full checkout page should remain as is and disable the “Place Order button”. It is more user friendly, the buyer won’t be “shocked” when they will go from the cart to a blank checkout page.
I may implement it!
Of course this is not Woodmart matter, it is how woocommerce has been designed.
Thank you again.
We are glad that you sorted it out. Thank you for the details.
If I want to buy this theme and use it on our multi-vendor website with Dokan to sell products, is regular license enough? I’m not sure if I understand the licenses correctly, so I want to make sure.
Hello,
Thank you for considering the WoodMart theme for your project!
Yes, a regular license is sufficient to use the theme on your multi-vendor website with Dokan. The license allows you to use the theme on a single website, regardless of whether it’s a regular store or a multi-vendor marketplace. The key factor is that the theme is used for one website or domain.
If you have any additional questions or need further clarification, feel free to ask.
Kind Regards
After update to the latest vesrion i am not able to save changes in the theme settings. As soon as i hit the save button the site refreshes and jumps to wp-admin/options.php
Hello,
Most likely, it would help if you increased PHP Max Input Vars parameter on the server. You can check your current value in WoodMart -> Tools -> Status.
Kind Regards
Does it support fontawesome icons in menu ?
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
Our theme doesn’t include Font Awesome icons. We recommend using separate SVG icons that you can upload to your menus.
