It looks like there seems to be an issue with the CheerUp Core plugin – after latest updates of Wordpress and Woocommerce, the request it makes under the hood responds with supported:False (whatever that means). Do you have any outstanding issues with the plugin or the pinged server itself? CheerUp Core 1.1.5, WP 6.9.4, Woocommerce 10.6.1

As noted in the last comment, the last update was a while ago, but the Core is automatically updated constantly. Why then do I get that message in WordPress: Critical Security Issue! Please update the theme immediately to get the latest security fix in the page builder.

Thanks for getting in touch. Yes the theme is in stable state of development. There’s new development, however, that doesn’t require a package update on ThemeForest so the update date doesn’t change. The theme has a lot of its functionality in core plugins that are updated and available to be updated via the admin, like a normal plugin update. For example, the core plugin Sphere Core was updated 2 months ago.

Thanks for getting in touch. These are not errors. These are just warnings. The files are already compatible with latest version of WooCommerce. All it needs is a tag update in the file. As for update, we have our own update mechanism where we update our plugins so the theme update date on ThemeForest isn’t the latest.

Hello. I’m considering buying one of those two themes – CheerUp and Contentberg, so i’m now considering the differences. Personally, i like the Contentberg theme a lot yet this one has more functionalities. Is there a way to add the box shadows Contentberg has to this theme (probably image by image)? If box shadows can be enabled, this one would become even more beautiful. Both are very nice, that’s for sure.

Thanks for getting in touch. CheerUp has more features and demos than Contentberg as the latter is more optimized for blogging and the design is tailor-made for that purpose. Unfortunately, the same design cannot be ported to CheerUp but there are still very good other designs to choose from if you wish to use CheerUp.

Does Cheer Up only use WP Bakery? Or does it now come with the option to use Elementor? I bought it a while ago and am now just looking to use it but without the Elementor editor I won’t… Do not like WP Bakery at all.

Thanks for getting in touch. For the home-page building, most of our demos are simpler with Customizer options and don’t need any pagebuilder, except for “Magazine” demos that use WPBakery for homepage. For posts and pages you can use any pagebuilder you like.

I’ve looked at your demos, but I can’t seem to find the answer. Is it possible to fully customize the category page, or will it always be either list or grid with a sidebar? Or is this easily configurable? For example, can the page builder be used for category pages?
With the editor, is it possible to create additional headers, or are there only 12 available?

The archive page cannot be custom created with the page-builder but we have a number of listing styles available and sidebar widgets are your choice, as several combinations can be seen on the demos. Similarly, for headers, they are pre-made and customizable via options but cannot be custom built in the page-builder.
