Hello, we have some problems with filter or we dont know how to setup it. Do you have some manual? When we using filter just for ex. Kia-ceed-2021 and its still showing all products even when we trying to use filter. Maby it everything ok wit theme but we dont know how setum corect so would be good to see some manual if you have. Hello, I’m working on developing a website for a client who purchased the Aero theme. On the product page, the theme includes a sidebar filters section that displays filters like “Availability,” “Product type,” “Color,” and “Size.” From my research, this sidebar uses the block called Sidebar Filters. You can see the live demo of the theme here: https://aero-theme.myshopify.com/collections/all

On the website I’m working on, I can only edit or add the Availability and price filters, but I’m unable to add the Color and Size filters. When I try to edit the Sidebar Filters block, I see the message: “No customizable settings available.”

Do I need to add these filters through the theme’s JSON code? What steps should I follow to enable or modify the available filters beyond Availability and price?

Regarding the sidebar filters, you’ll need to install the Shopify Search & Discovery app (a free app). Within the app, you can add or enable the types of filters you’d like to display. Once configured, the filters will appear here.

Hello. I’ve had the Aero theme installed for a while on my site. It’s had trouble loading the selections on the Make/Model/Year bar, but in the past week or so I can’t get it to pull up anything at all despite refreshing the screen and waiting for more than 30 sec. With Black Friday coming up, I really need to get this fixed. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

I have a question about the filter menu above: I work with “Navigation”, not via the JSON file

If you select Alpha Romeo Mito 1999, only the one product appears correctly: https://maluch-autozubehoer.myshopify.com/collections/all/Mito+1999

If you select Seat Exeo, it doesn’t seem to work, although the products are configured exactly the same.

What is the difference? You can see in the filters on the right that the product is available, and also if you manually select https://maluch-autozubehoer.myshopify.com/collections/all/Exeo+1999 the correct result appears.

The selection filters do not seem to work properly or what Im doing wroing?.

what I also don’t understand is where I customize the text for the button next to the filters and why there are database icons next to the filter fields on the homepage and not on the collection page

The product displays correctly when I select ‘Seat’ > ‘Exeo’ > 1999, and the sidebar also shows the correct values. As for the button text, you’ll need to update the ‘year_make_model’ literal with the appropriate text for the current language. You can do this by going to the ‘Edit Language’ option and making the necessary changes.

When I have a discount active/compare at price it shows two discounts on mobile how do I get rid of one?

It’s difficult to troubleshoot the issue without seeing it firsthand. We’ve uploaded a new version today, so please download and install it on your store. Hopefully, this will resolve the problem. If the issue persists, kindly provide the store link or share relevant screenshots to help us understand the situation better.

To transfer your settings and data from the current theme, you can copy all the updated/edited JSON files from the existing theme and paste them into the new one. Alternatively, you can reconfigure it directly from the customization window.

I think something might be wrong with my store. For the contact list the lines are not even. I can’t set only one image to the carousell, it appears as 5 on pc. Whenever I add something to cart it pops up with two notifications by default. I can’t edit the email list. I can’t change the margins of the text boxes so they look super far apart. I can’t create bulletpoints or reformat the text in the message boxes. The arrows on the footer menu double up so I have to hide the whole thing. The product list doesn’t show all my images no matter what I change. The rows change randomly from 1-2. The background above the search bar randomly appears and disappears so I had to disable the whole thing. + the editing is super unintuitive.

I meant fixing the double notification when adding stuff to cart

The filter is not a built-in feature but has been implemented through custom functionality added to the theme. There are two available methods to use it: by incorporating JSON data or by setting up a multi-level menu. A video tutorial is also provided to guide you through the configuration process. These two methods are industry standards for making such filters functional. If you introduce your own logic or methods for fetching data that aren’t part of the theme’s advertised features, it would be considered customization. This is why the item support policy was shared.

Okay, thanks for the information. I solved it. However, there’s another issue. When we add sections, some of them automatically include large top and bottom margins, and we can’t remove them from the theme options. Hi! We bought this theme but we have an issue with the slider in the homepage. Basically the images on the slider overlap each other in both manual and automatic image change cases. How can we fix this?

We have installed your theme on our shopify store and completed the backend config too. While checking on the functionalities we found an issue with the view cart popup price value. Whenever we added a product to cart and view the cart items via cart icon, the displayed price is low compare to the actual price of the product. Once we have refreshed the page, then it is working fine. Pls find the screenshots below.
