Strangely, after using the theme (which is beautiful) for a while, when entering portfolio items, the page automatically scrolls down. However, this doesn’t happen when disabling Ajax loading. Any ideas? I’d hate to lose the transition effect between pages.
Yes, the slight autoscroll happens when ajax is enabled. Do you want to keep this feature or remove it? Thanks

I’d like to keep the transition with Ajax because I really like it, but the issue occurs when entering a portfolio item page—it currently scrolls too far down automatically. For example, from the homepage, if I click on a portfolio item, the transition works correctly, but once inside the item page, it scrolls automatically too far down, skipping the initial sections.
I hope I explained it clearly.

How can i change the navigation order for the portfolio items? I need to see oldest portfolio items first and then the newest.
There is an option in customizer -> portfolio settings which sets the chronological order (forward or backward in time). Thanks
Hi there. My website was looking a little glitched out. I updated my theme version and plug-ins and turned off smooth scrolling. It seemed to fix most of the issues I was having but when I scroll my homepage, I see a section of my site duplicated three times. When I go to edit, I don’t see it. When I’m in editing mode, everything looks correct. Any ideas on how to fix?

Hi, I have bought Elementor Pro but I have a lot of issues probably caused by the theme. The media slider of Elementor does not work, scrolling effects doesn’t work, cannot change font sizes etc. Does this have to do with the containers in Elementor? If you think you can fix this I will renew support.
It may happen due to AJAX page transitions. Try disabling them in customizer -> general settings. Regarding font sizes give us an example where exactly. Thanks
Ajax is not the problem I have that disabled from the beginning. Regarding font sizes, when I use the basic text editor widget in Elementor and want to change the typography under style, the fontsize and line spacing doesn’t work.

Hello, I recently (re)downladed the theme and the “showcase” doesn’t seem to be working for me. The screen is black and it glitches when scrolling between slides. Images do not show at all. I am on localhost, could that be a problem ?
False alarm. I figured it out – There was something wrong with loading the demo content. So I started fresh and manually added portfolio items, etc. Works well now.

You simply remove the old version and install the new. Be careful though if you modified the theme files. You need to merge them. Ideally all changes should be done inside a child theme. Thanks

the SEO Plugin comes with the theme, isn´t it? The images from the older post are still not visable. When I share now the site logo shows in the post and not the content I want to show. What SEO plugin do u recommend for this theme?
We don’t ship the theme with any additional SEO plugins, I was just asking if there is any you have installed lately and affected the way FB is extracting the picture for sharing the page/portfolio item.

Hi there, I have a problem with the display on mobile devices (smartphone from 360px width). This only affects the Showcase portfolio.
Only 6 slides are presented at the Humpton preview. But my showcase includes more slides. It’s not unusual if you want to show more motifs.
As soon as I want to show 10, 20 or more slides, there are problems with the points of the ‘div.parallax-element’. I don’t need these points, left and right angle-icons would be completely sufficient for me. I then try not to display the icon points with ‘display: none’ and ‘opacity 0’. This is possible, but unfortunately the angle, prev and next elements are no longer displayed. Please help me, what can I do?

Hallo there, I use numerous themes from ClaPat and am always very satisfied. I am currently working with Humpton. Unfortunately, I can’t find a way to customise my domain. It is always placed after the main domain > /humpton_portfolio/. I would like to change this position, i.e. without “humpton” and only /portfolio (https://mydomain.de/portfolio/myproject). What can I do???

You can go to customizer -> portfolio settings to change the default slug ‘humpton_portfolio’. Just enter your own and after saving the changes go to Settings -> Permalinks and press ‘Save’ to refresh them.
In order to completely remove it you may want to use a plugin:

I realized that the slider you are using is the webGL slider(with liquify transitions) it does not work to change the direction, sorry about the confusion.
After installing demo content many images are missing and it requires a lot of search&replace type of work in the database since most of those missing image URLs point to clapat-themes website that has an expired SSL. Also, even after fixing the database URLs to local site URL, not all of the images reappeared because of the filename mismatch (database records point to something like ladies07-scaled.jpg but the actual local file is called ladies07-scaled-1.jpg). Be prepared to fix all of it before installing the demo content!
Right, it’s obvious that after you install the demo content you need to replace demo images with your own. Because you need to put your own content anyway. The most important are the hero images in page/portfolio item’s options.

Hi, I noticed a problem with your newly purchased theme, I imported the demo but not all the images are loaded. I tried both automatic and manual import. Second problem the WebGL and GSAP animations when entering the specific portfolio page do not work
in the browser console it gives me this message and I think it is connected to the animations of your theme not working
