Hello. Is it possible to integrate a shortcode (from plugin) into the header, for example replace the opening hours hardcoded with a opening hour plugin? ( I have this plugin, and it use the shortcode [open] to switch the opening hours daily.
Hello, adding a shortcode to the theme’s header is currently not supported. Each shortcode from any plugin must be added manually or via a widget in Elementor. This header does not support adding shortcodes in that way—unless you add it directly via hardcoded custom code. Thanks!

Hi, my theme has become completely unusable since updates broke the ability to edit any Elementor page a long time ago. I had abandoned any attempt to update the website until now, but I really need it, and after lengthy investigations, I discovered that Liquid Custom Builder is the cause of Elementor not loading at all. Is this a known issue?

Thank you so mucjh. It has been complicated, but by reinstalling the theme, I got back the medcaline menus and managed to reactivate nearly everything. It has been such a great help, thanks again.
Why is ProfilePress plugin needed by the theme? It is causing a lot of other conflicts with other plugins (Tutor LMS Pro). Can’t the theme work with Elementor without the need for ProfilePress?

Hello. This theme is not compatible with Woocommerce with a version higher than 8.0. I have a client who bought this template and I installed the newest version of the template and I have to use Woocommerce 8.0.3. Even in your demo it doesn’t work https://demo.7iquid.com/medcaline/ On the “Checkout” part the country and state selector don’t work. It’s strange that you didn’t check if the theme is compatible with Woocommerce. Please solve the problem so that my client can then give me a new version of the template to update the site.

Hello. First of all, go to the demo at the link https://demo.7iquid.com/medcaline/shop/ and try to place an order and get to the checkout page. When you get there, you will understand what the theme error is. That dropdown with the countries does not work. Solve that compatibility problem with Woocommerce. And then update the theme. Then my client will give me the new version of the theme so I can solve the problem. Simple. Have a nice day.

Elementor (3.24.x) not loading again with the dreaded looping arrow on the left hand side. We already deleted Liquid Custom Builder and reinstalled it (v 2.1) with no luck. We also downgraded the Elementor to 3.23.x and still the problem persists. Theme version is 3.0 and we are running php 8.2. Please advise as we are unable to make any edits to our site. It looks like the Liquid Custom Builder is not compatible with Elementor. Your help is greatly needed and appreciated.

It happened again when updating Liquid Custom Builder to version 3.0.1 and Elementor 3.28.3. Not sure why this keeps happening. Maybe we shouldn’t update the theme plugins! Your help is greatly appreciated and needed. I sent you an email with access on Apr 3, 2025.

Hello. Currently, version 1.2 of your theme is installed on my website. I saw from the Changelog that the latest version is 1.2.1. I downloaded the theme to update it, but the style.css file shows it as version 1.0.3. Why is this? Was there an error on your part and am I at risk of installing an older version? Best

We are experiencing many issues with this theme. The plugin “Liquid Custom Builder” is not compatible with the latest version of the Elementor. To debug it, we configured the site on a local environment. We disabled the loader and enabled the error log on the local environment. It shows some errors, which seems that the “Liquid Custom Builder” plugin is not compatible with the latest version of the Elementor plugin.
Envato page states that the theme was updated on 1/1/2024, however, the zip file still contains the old theme files and the Liquid Custom Builder files are also not updated.
We tried following your comments in the Envato comment thread; We reinstalled the “Liquid Custom Builder” plugin and downgraded the Elementor plugin version from 3.19.2 to 3.15.1. This is the only way to get some of the site to load. Seems like your Liquid Custom Builder plugin might be the issue.
Will you be updating this to be compatible with the most current version of WP, Elementor and Elementor Pro?

Hi, if I buy your theme do I have a limit on the number of times I can activate the theme in my Wordpress website? So during the dev phase of my website I am planning to used Wordpress on Docker so I will be creating and destroying the Wordpress instance multiple times until I finish dev. Is there any kind of activation limit on the theme which is going to prevent me from doing this?
The reason why I am asking is because I have faced this restriction with one of the other providers of themes in Envato where you can activate/deactivate the theme max 5 times.
Note: I am not talking about using the theme in multiple sites. Just having a regular Envato licence and use it on single domain name.

If i download the version from themeforest, it shows me 1.03 as version ; is there an error? It was 1.2.1 before and now its older?

it seems the theme has a problem with the newest elementor update; for me my page got some problems with css / images – maybe you can check if its on youre page the same?

Your design came with the Booked plugin, which has now been banned due to serious security risks. Will the plugin be replaced by another one? All new and old customers have the unsafe Booked plugin, which can be downloaded from you. No replacement?
