Hello, thanks for nice theme, majority works fine but I’m struggling to insert the same header on every page. I’ve picked ‘home-style-2’ as default but this page is pulling the header from somewhere else, not the one I created. Could you please guide me how i can change this?

There’s a page options section available when you go to Pages. Please set the header from there — it should work.

I’m struggling. The import demo shows me an error. It says, “Oops, there was a problem importing your content. Error: error (500)”
What could it be? How can I resolve it? I haven’t had any issues with any of the templates I’ve purchased. Please help me figure out how to resolve this.

1. Why did you hardcode CSS into assets/styles.css? We need to manage all styling through the theme options, not by manually updating the CSS file.
2. Donation section option isn’t on front page. I already imported demo content.

1. We used assets/styles.css for custom design consistency, but you can override styles via the Customizer > Additional CSS without editing the core file. also we added elementor custom widget style for every block/section.Let me know if you need help setting it up!

the theme zip does not have documentation, the link provided in the comment section isn’t working, the support takes alot of time to respond, am regretting buying this theme

Hello, I purchased and downloaded the theme files, unzipped and successfully installed the aidus theme and all “required” plugins But on attempting to install the demo, i get the pages but none of media content. It says ERROR failed [item name] (Media) I do not have direct access to the host server but using WP file manager, added the code to set the php configurations as advised earlier but still getting the error when i try to install the demo.
Secondly, The theme documentation is no where to be seen within the downloaded files.
Looking forward to receiving resolution feedback.

Thanks for reaching out. The media import issue may be due to server restrictions. Since you don’t have direct server access, please check if your hosting provider has any limitations on file downloads or external requests. You can also try increasing PHP execution time and memory limits.
Regarding the documentation, it should be available within the theme package or online. Please check the Documentation folder in your downloaded files. If it’s missing, let us know, and we’ll provide the link.

I checked and read through content.xml file within the theme files and noticed that most, if not all of the links to the imported images lead to 404 not found pages e.g “https://test.wpolive.com/hero-shape-2/” Which is why I suspect the images are failing to be imported when i run the importer. PS: all server restrictions and configurations are well and okay Could I receive assistance with this ?

It looks like you might be trying to install all the packages. Please download the file, unzip it, and then install only the aidus.zip file. That should work.

1. Can I give up the animations between pages? 2. Can I choose to use or not the elements’ animation into the pages? 3. Is it necessary the Elementor Pro plugin to get and install the demo informations?

If you are using a shared hosting plan, the demo import functionality might not work optimally due to server limitations. Please ensure your PHP configuration meets these specifications:
– max_execution_time: 360
– memory_limit: 256M
– post_max_size: 32M
– upload_max_filesize: 32M
Adjust these settings and try the demo import again.

Editable Logo Image: The logo is fully editable. To update it, navigate to the theme’s >> Header Builder and edite the header using elementor.
