1. Install the child theme in Theme Options – System.

2. Go to Appearance – Theme File Editor, and edit functions.php

3. Add this at the end of the file:

            }

Hello, the 500 error suggests there is a fatal error on your website, which you can check in Theme Options – System – Enable Debug, then in Theme Options – Debug – Download Debug Log. Most of the times, it’s caused by insufficient server memory, which can be increased using this guide: https://help.uicore.co/docs/uicore-framework/increase-php-memory

Hi there, sorry for my late reply. Well, the page where the Lightbox portfolio is located is, under the page called references. I have prepared more images of the project called Onimo, which is the very first one to appear in the references page… Like I’ve said before, “after opening a portfolio project, in this case “Onimo” after closing the Lightbox of the project, the header disappears once the user has scrolled down….. Can you please help me with this issue?

Ok, got it. It looks like the tp-portfolio widget adds a overflow: auto style on the body after clicking an item, which causes the issue. Try adding this to Theme Options – Custom CSS:

body {
    overflow: unset!important;
}
