Good morning, We have installed wpml to translate the site into other languages. But we are experiencing 2 types of problems:
1) the translations for the machino templates layout are lost as soon as we make a change to the texts using wpml advanced editor or even worpress editor.
2) as soon as we try to translate the home page (which is in Italian) a critical error occurs and the site loses its association with the home page that we have been using for some time.
Could you help us? What can we do to solve these two problems?

Rigidity in Editing: The theme seems very rigid, making it challenging to customize elements easily. For example, when I attempt to remove a button from a section while keeping the heading and text, the entire section vanishes, which is not the desired behavior.
Broken Templates: Several templates provided by the theme are broken, affecting the overall appearance and functionality of the site.
Glitches: I’ve noticed several glitches while working with the theme, which disrupt the editing process and overall user experience.
Slow Support Response: The support response time is quite slow, taking 5-7 days for a single response. This delay is hindering my ability to resolve issues and make necessary changes promptly.
Difficulty in Editing Certain Sections: Some sections of the theme are challenging to edit through the standard interface, requiring me to modify the source code by finding the code via inspect elements. This process is cumbersome and not user-friendly.
