Theme is not uploading on WordPress, it is not installing on my WordPress I have try a different theme which is installed and working as well but this theme is not getting install

How can I enable Woocommerce categories menu in the shop?
I figured out how to add product band images with
Theme Settings, Shop / Product Category & Enable “Top Product Brands”
But I want it how you have it where it displays child product categories like on https://demo.theme-sky.com/merto/product-category/fashion/men/ I see “Accessories Hoodies Jackets & Coats Polo shirts Shirts Shoes”
How can I enable this?

This is the Top Product Categories option in Theme Options > Shop/Product Category. These options are only available if Shop/product category page displays both categories and products ( in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Shop/product category page displays )

Hi, i can´t change the header logo. I tried uploading my own logo but the changes are not showing up. And i can´t translate the theme using Loco Translate too.

1) You can change the logo in Theme Options > General > Logo – Favicon > Logo Or you can change it in Edit Page > Page Options > Header – Breadcrumb > Logo

Each license is only used for one website. Please read ThemeForest’s policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard. If you want to use the Merto theme for other domains, you must buy another license for each domain

Do i need to buy elementor pro to edit this theme?

If you want to use more features of Elementor, you can buy another license of Elementor Pro. Default, you can use Elementor ( integrated ) in the Merto theme.

i purchased new merto theme 2 days ago and with it slider revolution premium plugin is free but when i try to add purchased code to account it shows locked then i contacted their team and they tell me its already used by 7 different domain but how that’s possible i purchased it 2 days ago so please help

I want to hide the button of compare, quick view and add to wish list from the product shop page. which shows on individual on every product on the page

You go to Appearance > Theme Options > WooCommerce and disable the Quickshop option.
You go to YITH > Compare and disable the Show button in products list option
You go to YITH > Wishlish > Settings > Add to wishlish and disable the Show “Add to wishlist” in loop option.
If you want to remove all Compare and Wishlist features, you can deactivate/delete the YITH WooCommerce Compare and YITH WooCommerce Wishlist plugins.

Hi, I love the theme. I launched the site but it is not loading homepage 2. When I click on other pages it is loading fine but the homepage is not loading. I see the header and footer on the homepage 2 but I don’t see anything else. It’s just a circle loading in the middle of the page…

Hi Hope you are well, I have face issue when i activate plugin “Redux Framework”. After activate it shows error “Fatal error: Type of Redux_Extension_Search::$version must be string (as in class Redux_Extension_Abstract) in /home/xpernevi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/old-redux-framework/redux-core/inc/extensions/search/class-redux-extension-search.php on line 18”. How to solve this issue.
