Hello, is there any update planed for 2025, and multi rooms booking addon? tnx

Before I buy this hotel template, I’d like to confirm if it has the features I need. Could you please clarify:

1.Can pet charges be added, either per day or as a one-time fee per booking?

2.Is there functionality for weekly/monthly discounts?

3.Can rates vary depending on the day of the week?

1. You can do that only by adding optional additional (paid) services. The additional service can be set per day or per reservation. However, please note that there is no option to force the customer to choose the service.

2. No, there is no such option.

3. Yes, you can set the price per day of the week.

Hello, I have purchased your theme. I am unable to book multiple rooms at a single time. When someone searches rooms for a larger group of people, it’s not showing any options, though rooms are vacant and we can accommodate the group. Essentially, I am looking for an option that allows visitors to book multiple rooms in a single booking. Please help me. It is useless to me if no updation on this.

Our booking system does not support booking multiple rooms at the same time. We also do not advertise or showcase such a feature in our demos.

Supporting multiple room reservations in one booking would require a shopping cart system, where rooms are added to the cart before checkout.

While many themes on the market integrate WooCommerce for this purpose—treating rooms like simple products—this is not aligned with our vision of how a booking system should work. For that reason, we do not have plans to implement such functionality in the foreseeable future.

Good day, so i have been trying to edit the slider revolution slide on the Bed & Breakfast but it is not showing the content for me to make my changes, it just shows the transparent background. Hello. This is a pre-purchase question. We want to change the current website I have. It was custom designed but I cannot receive any support from the team that designed it a long time ago and decided to move to wordpress. Here is what I need to know:

• Will I receive an email every time a customer places an order/booking on the website? • Will the customer receive an automatic email every time I make a reservation with their name and email address? • Normally I would receive an email that the provisional reservation for the house _ has been made with the dates to __ with reservation number __ • After payment of the guarantee you receive the same email but with reservation and all its details? We receive only payments by bank transfer. • Whenever there is a change in dates, the system sends an email with the new elements? • I can even send an automatic email with the confirmed reservation… with all the reservation details? • Are the functions and activities in the area similar? (but beach, sun loungers, heated pool, electric charging… etc How can blockages be done? Reservation or block period? • ICAL will allow customers to access the website, or will it just be necessary to fill out a reservation period on Airbnb (the client does not notice the connection)? • After the customer’s stay, one day after the departure date, he sends a review email about his stay, which then appears in the customer comments about that particular accommodation? • The customer record is similar to the one I currently have with the possibility of including an identification photo, revenue and additional information? • Can I create reservations with customers on dates prior to the date of the day to create reservation history for some customers? • Is there a “Demo version” that I can access remotely? Just for consultation or possible creation?

Calendar synchronization works with errors. The theme developer does not consider it necessary to fix the bug.

The mentioned bug was fixed almost one month ago.

You are using the version 1.3.4.1 of Eagle Booking, while the current version is the 1.3.4.3

1. Unable to select Check in-Check out dates while creating a booking in Eagle Booking plug-in.

2. Google Map location is not shown in contacts page. Even after integrating API key.

3. A channel manager is required to synch website prices and inventory. All channel manager provides are integrating channel manager with their own booking engine. Please provide a channel manager or help in integrating your booking engine with other channel manager.

4.Kindly don’t give AI type reply that this is a customisation part where you do not provide customer support. For details of customer support check some URL. Please understand that without channel manager integration, your eagle booking engine is of no use. If you can’t provide channel manager or channel manager integration. Please refund my money and cancel the purchase. It seems like I got fooled.

pre purchase – I have multiple properties on Airbnb, i need all my bookings from website through eagle systems, however, need to sync icalender with each of the property in real time, so that if any date is booked on either website or airbnb it should update the calender on other side on real time to avoid double bookings on the same date. How is it possible through your system. Moreover, we are going to use third party payment gateway, how can we integrate our payment gateway through API or any other option?

You can sync each Airbnb property with the built-in booking system provided by Eagle Booking. However, please note that iCal does NOT offer a real time synchronization.

The synchronization interval depends on each booking provider system. Our booking system minimum interval to syn external bookings is every 30 minutes.

As per the payment gateways, only the payment gateways listed on our item details page are supported.
