Hello There,
I have tried installing the theme thrice, but the only issue is that when I upload it shows the stylesheet is not there, so pls let me know how to fix it, as I have tried many times. Also, the media part is not uploading for 1 -2 hours. I keep it for uploading the demo theme, but still it still doesn’t upload.

When installing the theme we recommend following steps from this article. It is necessary to extract nightshade.zip from the .zip file downloaded from ThemeForest and upload just theme file.

Our themes rely on the WooCommerce plugin when it comes to shop functionalities and you can add variable products as explained in the documentation in this link. Unfortunately, there is no example of variable product in the demo.

Hello, I’m having trouble downloading the demo files to wordpress. I tried to submit a help ticket on Qode but it kept logging me out and taking me back to the help page. The demo files are stuck at 20% and Im not sure why, any advice?

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
You can also try XML import, which is a lighter demo import method.
To submit a ticket, please clear your browser cache and try to login once more here (and please make sure to accept cookies).

Yes, we have repeatedly tried to use the Help Center website but when we click the Login button, it just redirects back to the same page. Clearing the browser cache does not resolve the issue. Not all shortcodes have option to showcase videos unfortunately. Videos can be added in portfolio single posts, however, galleries and portfolio lists can display only images.

Also note, that in terms of transitions to another theme there might be different shortcodes available in the current or future theme that does not come with one or another, so you will have to tweak the content sometimes. Feel free to write if you have any additional questions.

Hi. In the split slide, is it possible to scroll out the slide, and then add more content to the page below the slide? Would it keep scrolling? LIke scroll out the contents of the slide and then continue the scrolling of the page after the slide?

Is there a known compatibility issue with WordPress Block Editor? (Gutenberg). All blocks are left aligned. They look fine (centered) if I switch to another theme

Not that we know, when it comes to Gutenberg you should know that all our themes are compatible with Gutenberg, however as the theme comes with WPBakery plugin once you import the demo content you will get access to all the pages and its content which have been built with this page builder.

I’m interested in your Theme but I have a few practical questions. - Can I adjust the scattered Gallery? I’d like to have a mouse over with text on the picture rather then under it. And I’d like to change the size of the photos. On my 4k screen, I only have two huge photos besides each other. - Can I add autoplay of videos in the gallery? Example: www.oliveroettli.ch - Can I link to a project page from the gallery rather then a lightbox? Again, see www.oliveroettli.ch

1. Yes, you can choose the appearance of the hover text, so you could choose the mouseover with text on the picture, since we do have that option present on the Portfolio list settings.
2. You can upload different sizes of your photos.
3. Portfolio gallery do have a featured image, which will be shown on the portfolio list, and it can only process an image or a .gif. So no video can be added to the portfolio list image.
Single portfolio page can have a video for sure.
4. Yes, you can choose whether it will open a gallery light box or lead to a single portfolio page.

There are multiple ways for adding videos. They can be added as video backgrounds or video layer using the Slider Revolution plugin which comes as bundled plugin with the theme. There are also video shortcodes which you can see in the screenshot. WPBakery page builder also has an option for using video backgrounds.

Is anyone else now having major issues with this theme using PHP 7.2 and the latested wordpress? Portfolio layout doesnt even show anymore… and I get constant critical errors and function.php errrors

We haven’t experienced any issues with PHP7 on our local installation. Please note that we haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet. It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

Hi there,
The animated gallery is created with our Elated Parallax shortcode and you add the images to it. It does not have an option to choose to open the images in a Lightbox, rather you have an option to open the images in new tab or in the same window.
Otherwise you could consider using our Elated Image Gallery which does have Masonry appearance as well as the option to open images in Lightbox. The header layout can be set within our theme options for any specific page or Globally so it affects all your pages.
