My friend, I know for sure as you stated that your themes and plugins receive regular updates from your servers and clients need not worry. But, not everybody knows that, especially potential clients/customers that are willing to buy your theme.
They will be discouraged seeing your theme on ThemeForest last update is last year. That is a big tip off of potential customer to look for themes that was published 6-7-10-12 years ago and the theme receive update last month or last week. It goes a long for create trust of stability and longevity of doing business with the Author or Vendor of the Theme.

Was looking to purchase a theme . . (not only yours but a few now on theme forest) show critical errors on the Demos.

Hi there, depends on different multi vendor plugins you have different features. Read more on official plugins sites. Almost all our customers use free Dokan version and after migrating on paid version. Read more on Dokan page. For Loads products you have to create a virtual product. Hi there, sure. You install free dokan plugin and customers uses your site as marketplace. Customers cannot customize the domain, because it’s on your site
