This theme has incredible potential. But it should be much more customizable.
For example, it should support many languages. It can even offer the user an interface for translation. Also, the header (for example, its height) and other structures of the theme should be changeable. Also, I would be happy if structural innovations were presented in very short periods of time instead of many innovations in a long period of time.

1. Redirect Page was created in your pages. And to use it just create any link with Elementor or WordPress Classic Editor (or any page builders) and attach next class: fn__external_link
Example:

2. It can be changed by adding some custom code to the Theme Options >> Custom CSS:

To change menu content, visit Appearance >> Menus > Main Menu and edit its content

No, the system will not automatically fetch news or list it on the website. Currently, we’re almost finished developing a feature that allows you to fetch only the post title, description (not the entire content), and featured image by providing a URL from the front-end. This feature works as a way to relink posts.
It does not support adding feeds or automatically fetching video content at this stage.
