I had woocommerce version and then switched to Shopify and I purchased a new license. Unfortunately, I faced an issue on the product page with the variant, the selected layout option is not updating the item price and SKU details when a different variant is selected.

Please note that our system is showing an alert that your one purchase code of Hongo WordPress theme is used in 2 or more WP websites. As per Envato regular license policy you can use one regular license of theme in one WP site / domain. So please purchase additional licenses to have legal usage of the theme and in case if you have already purchased multiple licenses then please provide us all those purchase codes, so we can update in the system and other support agent do not mention about this alert again.

Hello. Are all the features listed here https://hongoshopify.themezaa.com/ included? I’m asking it ‘cause some of those features comes with ecomposer pro plan. Is ecomposer mandatory to buy and have it installed in order to use all the listed features of Hongo theme? Thanks.

Your previous license was not deactivated, so we have manually deactivated license from petshavense.myshopify.com, so you can try to activate it again in another store. Please make sure to deactivate / remove the license purchase code before deleting theme / store, so it can allow you to activate license in other store.

Hi, I have a few questions before purchasing:

Is there an option for the product videos to auto play?

I see the image swatch is circular in the demo. Is there an option to make them rectangular/square?

The grocery demo shop has a large search bar in it’s header. Is there an option to easily use this header in the other demos/themes?

1. Currently there is no option to autoplay product video but we will add it in future theme update.

2. There is no style / option of rectangular/square image swatch but you can do it with custom CSS.

3. Yes you can use that whole Grocery demo header style in other demo but can not use that specific search bar only.

Just purchased this theme and tried to upload the zip file, but got this message: zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”

What am I doing wrong? Where is the instructions for this theme?

Nevermind….I was uploading the full zipped file. I needed to pick which theme layout to upload. I guess this is different from the Wordpress upload. I remember using this in WP and I can pick layouts from different themes to combine as one. So if I like the About page layout in Lifestyle but download the Cosmetic theme I am stuck to use everything for Cosmetics?

Hey, I bought the Hongo theme and it’s currently connected to my inactive Shopify store. I need to connect it to my new store, but when I upload the theme file to the new store, I can’t edit anything in the theme editor. I’m getting a popup message saying that I need to disconnect it from another Shopify domain, which is my previous store. Could you please help?

Hello! how can I reset my purchases code ?

I cannot log in to the site where you asked me to create a ticket.

I no longer have access to my website since I stopped paying for it, so I can’t disable the purchase code on the theme.

The best option is to reset the purchase code and send me a new one. I’ve already bought the theme three times and don’t want to purchase it again. It would be better if you could reset the password for me.

What is this? I bought the theme and now I want to reset the purchase code to use it for another website. When I tried to create a ticket, I was told I don’t have support for this theme. Does this mean I have to pay almost $30 for support just to create a ticket to reset my purchase code? I don’t want to pay for support just to reset my purchase code. It’s like paying $30 just to reset my purchase code.

Good day. I want to know if it’s possible to add in a ‘search bar’ section to the body of the site? I’d like to include multiple search options as my website has over 6000 different products and most will search by name.

Hongo is using Shopify default application for search – https://apps.shopify.com/search-and-discovery but for advanced search features you may need to use any other Shopify application.
