Hi! Every few days some section loses its alignment, font etc. I dont know what is happening. This happened with testimonials. So I had to remove the entire block and make another one.
Now the latest one is that the Home page images have been reduced to a fixed height band. And I have not touched any setting at all. How do I fix that?

Hello, that is caused by one of the Elementor updates. Please set a fixed height to the spacer on mobile to show the images.
Every time I update something in the theme settings my header completely disappear. Only solution that I found useful is to reinstall the theme and not update anything in settings afterwards.
Can you help with this bug?
It looks like nobody responds in here… if support is expired they don’t care on responding to existing customers. So disappointed. Might change the theme I’m using because of this bug.
Later edit: If I deactivate the WooCommerce Plugin, the header shows just fine… INCREDIBLE. How can you let a bug like this in the template, @UiCore?

Hi, the Review Card Carousel is broken on the front end… it display a large box without the text readable… yet it shows find during the back end editor of Elementor – any eta on a fix for this?

No problem. The plugins are automatically installed from the “Required Plugins” banner, that’s why we included them in the theme folder.
Hi,
I purchased this theme a while back and was never able to use my support. I’ve now come across an issue where Elementor is not allowing me to edit my site’s homepage. The editor opens, but the left-side panel appears to be stuck on its loading screen.
I referred to some of the support articles, but they suggested that I deactivate the site footer or install an earlier version of Elementor. Neither of these solutions worked for me. Oddly, this issue only arises when I edit the homepage. When I create or edit existing pages, the editor opens and performs without a problem.

1. Update the theme and plugins to the latest version. To make sure the plugins are updated, delete them, then reinstall them from the “Required Plugins” banner.
2. Go to Theme Options – System – Enable Debug, edit the page again, then check in Theme Options – Debug – Download Debug Log. Most of the time it’s a memory issue, which can be fixed using this guide: https://help.uicore.co/docs/uicore-framework/increase-php-memory

You have many bug design that is out of size menu dropdows in mobile. Whether you know this or not. The code written not solid I don’t use it for live sites because there are still many bugs in the design and the php script has too many render queries. Not serious and not thorough in creating themes
Note support very slow need more 10 days to respon and not solve the issue too. Maybe the creator is busy with other income so they don’t care or don’t have time for this product

My support ticket is not that important. Please check the menu design themes some of the mobile views are out of place and especially the child menu dropdowns. Create solid theme is more important instead just creating and earn.

Bought this theme for 2 different websites, with two separate licenses. the whole site has crashed with just a blank page and no its nothing do with the white screen of death. We have removed every single plugin and took it right back to basics to replicate the same as the other site and even with the support of Wordpress none of us can figure out what is going on. the whole thing loads slow, event the elements at the side of panel doesn’t even come up. we’ve reduced images on the pages and less elements and to be honest its a real dissapointment to have this issue. we still have a website thats completely crashed. can’t even edit on the edit in elmentor as nothing will load… even in safe mode. support is slow and I have a lot of complaining customers.
