theme is poorly corded, loads very slow, secondly no proper documentation, thirdly a lot of errors can’t even import demo content on the Wordpress version
Demo content should be work without issues. Did you check theme requirements section? Please check it. If you have still problem please try to create ticket we will check it. Thanks

I opened a ticket regarding the domain search issue, and my ticket ID is #2408. I have already added my cPanel IP in WHMCS, but the domain search still isn’t working. The response I received from your team was:
“I know for WHMCS working fine. You need to provide your IP to WHMCS support so they can add it, and then it will work for your main site. Why don’t you understand?”
I’m having trouble understanding why the issue persists, even after providing my WordPress admin access for your team to review. If your team is unable to resolve this problem, could you please let me know if I can request a refund? I’d appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.

Since you are using API key for domain search you need your domain IP reissues to WHMCS clientarea. Just talk to WHMCS support or create ticket with your domain when they it you clientarea. Your domain search will work. Thanks

I am using the Hostiko theme, and I didn’t face this issue with it. WHMCS has already replied that this issue is with the theme. If you’d like, I can switch to the Hostiko theme for you to check. Fro WHMCS documentation you will get WHMCS forlder when download it. You want to add icon at main menu or dorp down. Using our RT Mega plugin you can do easily add icon to drop down menu. Also If you want to add icon to main menu you can user our RT Mega Pluign pro version.

2. If I want to buy the Pro RT Mega Menu plugin, why should I buy this theme?
3. The theme is not user-friendly. It is very difficult to make even a simple text change on the page. I have to go into each element to edit it and then update the page.
4. I’ve read all the WHMCS documentation and configured my WHMCS credentials. What exactly does this integration do? Does it allow domain searches, plan purchases, direct updates from WHMCS, or something else?
5. When I import a demo, the images are not imported to my local server. Instead, they are loaded from your site.
6. You should provide an option to import just the settings or full content.
7. If you show something in the demo, you should provide full access to it, not a limited version. For example, I have to buy the theme first, then separately buy the RT Mega Menu Pro plugin. This feels like a bait-and-switch.
8. You need to add documentation on how to create WHMCS credentials and where to go step-by-step to generate and input the API credentials into the theme.
9. Please make the theme easier to use, with a clearer and more intuitive interface for configuration.

Hi, 1. We are using elementor template to make mege menu with icon so you can chagne icon from elementor template.
2. You don’t need purchase pro version if you don’t need extra option like add label to menu
3. This is fully super user friendly since we are using elementor all details you can chagne from elementor editor that is normal.

Are you planning to include dark and light themes soon (toggle button)? Is it limited to just the orange color, or will we be able to easily customize the theme colors, including the WHMCS template?
Will this theme support Blesta or Clientexec in the near future? If so, I’m ready to make a purchase today.

Not sure we will add toggle. But color you can easily adjust from Elementor kit and change globally. Also WHMCS has CSS variable so easily change primary color.

Not sure to understand (Elitehost theme comes with the WHMCS template (Not WHMCS license) and it’s compatible with the latest version of WHMCS version.) … I can only see WordPress template but not WHMCS theme.
