can anyone reply on ticket, its been 2 days no one answered

Yes, you can definitely use the TranslatePress plugin with our theme to create a multilingual site (2 languages). We’ve included a .pot file and added the necessary language functions in the functions.php file, so the theme is ready for translation.

However, please note that the theme is not RTL-compatible by default. If you plan to use RTL languages like Arabic or Hebrew, you might need to apply some custom CSS for proper layout and alignment.

Hello, I’m having an issue with this theme. Just purchased and downloaded it with no issues. But when I click on the “edit with elementor” button it directs me to a “page was not found” page instead of the actual page editor. I’ve already submitted a support ticket.

Even with the initial installation, the theme gives an error and cannot be installed. I put in a refund request.

The theme files are broken, purchased the theme just because of the Demos, and they couldn’t upload, they tell me that the issue is Hosting, but it’s not, the hosting support tried everything to resolve the issue, but the issue is with theme files, they’re broken and couldn’t upload. It just keeps loading forever. I asked for a refund, and no answer.

Can someone please tell me what to put in the footer for the newsletter to work I have been waiting 2 weeks

I went to the theme editor and clicked on the footer V1 and found the form (see attachment). I think I am supposed to add the information where it says <form action=”#”> is that correct? and what do I replace the # with and do I need to include the quotes?

I see there is an update for 7/19/2023 but that update says I would be replacing 4.0 with an older version 3.0.1 is that correct?

How can I tell what version I am on the theme images says version 1. When I did the update it said I would be replacing version 4.0 with 3.0.1 is that a mistake? I love this theme for what I am doing and have been waiting for weeks for answers. I understand the footer autoresponder has been removed. What is relacing that? Also again how do I know what version I am using if it tells me I using an older version?

Hi I am trying to install a 1 page demo theme using the demo importer but get the following error everytime:

Can you advise, i need to do this ASAP as i have a very tight deadline.

I would like to change the icons that are currently being used, the flaticon ones, but I don’t know the list of these. Could you provide it to us? I don’t want to use de fontsawesome as they are very limited in their free version.

Unfortunately we don’t have flaticons, You can choose over 1600+ Icons from https://fontawesome.com/v5/search?m=free Just paste the icon class name, That’s it!!

But they use them at home https://ibb.co/BthFhKy

Fflat-icon is not like fontAwesome or any other open-source icon where you will able to use all icons. it’s premium and you will able to collect max 250 icons at a time. already have some icons but if you want to use the icons of your choice you must collect them inside your font collection. please watch this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jk29xOIT5WI. this video will help you to understanding the process.
