Hi, I’ve been using your theme for almost a year, and it’s been a huge help to me because of its attractive design and ease of use. However, over the past week, we’ve been experiencing issues with the appearance of several features, particularly the header slider and testimonials. This seems to be related to the Agencium plugin, which can’t be updated through the plugin menu. We’ve tried disabling the plugin, but now it won’t activate because it has to be updated before reactivating it (and we’re having trouble updating it xD).
We understand that our support period has ended, but since this is a key part of this theme’s functionality, we really need your help to get our website back to working properly.

Top webpage’s blocks/sections disappear if you try to reach another part of the web by URL: .../#ID
you can just assign to some div ID “test”, and in browser address bar type: .../#test, you will see that all the top blocks/sections from the web page disappear..

Your theme (Agencium) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again. I have the most updated version of the theme. This is actively affecting my site on the checkout page. The email address field is now missing and visitors cannot complete a purchase.
Hi! Thanks for the purchase. We don’t add or remove fields from the standard WooCommerce templates – we just add some classes and shells to make the fields look the same as in the rest of the theme. Send a screenshot of the form by email that the field is missing from. It was most likely removed by the WooCommerce developers.
Update the theme and Agencium Plugin to the current version 1.0.18 and the message about the outdated template will disappear.

Hello, i purchased the theme long ago and i love it, but now very recently i can’t make any change on the elementor panel because i get a 500 error. I have sponken with my hosting and the error they found is with the plugin agencium. I didn’t make any change on the web recently or any update. It was all of a sudden. Can you help me solve it?

Hello, I’ve already updated the theme and now the sliders are messed up (I need to reselect the background images), as well as the rest of the images on the pages… also, the 500 error still appears and it won’t let me save any new changes.

After the most recent Elementor update, the website completely broke. Our developers tried to fix it temporarily by removing the problematic Elementor section. The site now loads, but the layout is broken and incorrect, which is unacceptable for a professional business.
We searched the issue on Google and saw that other users are experiencing the same problem. We urgently need your help. What is causing this issue, and how can it be resolved?

Hi, I met a problem which is the website alignment is gone, I have check both frontend and developer end, on developer end is fine but at frontend the alignment gone.
