I have one suggestion. When using the CRM /board, I would like to forward logged in Editors to this page after they login.

After the latest update, I need to report a conflict with Elementor. When trying to edit a page, the entire Elementor library remains stuck in the loading phase. We conducted a test and confirmed some kind of conflict with the “Houzez Theme – Functionality” component, which, when deactivated, allows Elementor to load properly.
Could you please resolve this issue as soon as possible? Otherwise, we won’t be able to modify existing pages created with Elementor or create new ones due to the blocked loading process.

You just need to update Houzez latest version and Houzez Theme Functionality plugin to v3.4.5

You can just download latest version from your ThemeForest account and update. No need to renew support for update.
Hi – we’re really having problems with your theme. We’re running an mls feed to the site and lots of thumbnail images are not displaying on the front end. Checking the listings, the featured image thumbnail is loaded in the backend, but it won’t display on the front end. I’ve tried deleting and manually loading the featured image, but it still doesn’t work. We’re on the latest version of the theme.
Our developer has reviewed and advised that there’s an issue in the theme code. I checked and the images are already available. You can verify them on the detail page. I have also confirmed that the images are present in the database.
“Regarding this issue, we will need to contact Houzez theme support as it is displaying from the theme.
On the below page some listing images are not displaying, even though the images are already available and this page is displayed from the houzez theme.
The code for the listings with missing images is as follows. When I remove the <picture> tag from the code, the images display correctly. Please check this issue and let me know.”
In addition, there are still errors with compatibility with the latest version of Elementor. Our developer has identified several coding issues that are causing our single listing layout to break and cause a critical error. I’ll attach some of the comments from the developer below.
I’d really appreciate a response and support on getting this resolved. As it stands now, we are stuck with broken thumbnail images on several properties and the inability to move past Elementor v25.11 without the website breaking

I bought this theme and installed it on my website, but I was very disappointed. The theme would look good on elementor, but if I clicked to double-check how it looked on another tab, or mobile, it would look really scattered! I uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice; now it does not even show anymore!

I recently purchased the Houzez theme, and while the theme itself seems promising, your documentation is extremely outdated. It still refers to WPBakery as the primary page builder, despite the fact that most users now rely on Elementor.
It’s incredibly frustrating to follow instructions that no longer apply to the current version of the theme. Instead of spending time searching for answers in outdated guides, I expect proper, up-to-date documentation that reflects the features and tools included in Houzez today, not years ago.
Are you planning to update the documentation anytime soon? Your theme is still being actively sold, but it seems like keeping the documentation relevant is not a priority. If you expect users to pay for a premium theme, you should also provide premium-level support and proper documentation.
Please let me know if an update is coming, because right now, it’s a struggle to work with this theme without clear instructions.

Right now, I have no idea where to add testimonials. There is NO section for this in the WordPress dashboard, and your documentation provides ZERO guidance on how to do it.

You can add testimonials in admin panel under Real Estate -> Testimonials.
Regarding WP Bakery, many clients still using WP Bakery so we have to keep that documentation available too.

When I upload photos of the properties, they load very slowly. Could this be related to the hosting plan I’ve contracted, or is it an issue with Houzez, possibly due to some code? Additionally, as a suggestion, it would be better if the login and registration process could be edited on a standalone page instead of appearing as a pop-up. This would allow for greater flexibility to customize the style of the login and registration page.

Can I use this theme to allow individual agents or agencies to list their properties like a portal and, subsequently, screen inquiries about the listed properties so that I am acting as a middle person between the agent and prospects? In other words, communications are between the website owner and prospects. Prospects do not engage directly with the agent. I assume there’s a chat app, not just a contact form. Thank you.
