FYI there’s an issue of a Missing Class that causes Elementor to Malfunction.Elementor has an issue that pages can’t be edited if ‘Progression Elements for Vayvo’ Plugin is activated. It seems that the theme has a missing class:
Elementor\Core\Schemes\Typography
For now, in order to edit pages on my website, I deactivated the plugin. Please look into it and issue a patch if you find this to be the case indeed.

We can confirm there has been an update that addresses this made in December of 2024. You can download the latest files at anytime and find hte updated plugin inside the /Plugins/ folder of your download to update.

Thank you! Now it works correctly. I didn’t realize the plugins had to be updated manually, I thought that by updating the theme it would update the plugins as well.
Unfortunately my current theme got an upgrade from the creators and now work of months (!) is lost. I am done with them. What, if I buy your theme? Any risk, you will do the same instead of just improving the current one? Any demo page of normal content without video? Yes, we will continue supporting and updating all of our themes. The updates will be made to the current theme to ensure all updates work with prior versions. Is it possible to have movie thumbnails from other sources, added with “Featured Image from URL (FIFU)”, so I don’t need to upload them into the media library?
We do not have native support for actors/persons. We do have a taxonomy for this but there is no option to display them as you are describing. That would require code customizations.
Yes, you can how the featured images from any location by using a third party plugin. There are a number of plugins that add this ability.

I have a mixed use case where subscribers will get access to certain videos on monthly or annual plan, but also can purchase one off series or individual videos on a case by case. Possible off the shelf? Also, some users will pay a super premium to access all the subscription videos and the extras. Possible?
Yes, you have full control over which plans videos appear in. In addition you can control the length of the subscriptions. Having a monthly or annual plan is possible.
In addition, we have support for Pay Per post. Meaning you can sell videos or series individually at a one time charge. Please note that these are separate and standalone. Meaning the video cannot be both pay individually AND part of a plan. In your example, you would need two versions of the series if you wanted it to appear on both. subscription and pay per video.

Hello, congratulations on the excellent template, I’m very interested. The only thing I find missing within the project is the ability to add videos to a calendar, to organize the videos for the month, so to speak. I see that this feature isn’t included, and I would like to know if you could implement it and what the cost would be. Cheers.

Live Broadcasting: Yes, you can broadcast live video or audio. Please note this will vary depending on the platform you are using. Most will provide you with embed code for the stream which our theme will work great with (Twitch, YouTube, etc.).
Membership: We have built-in support for membership plans. You can charge per video, or for groups of content. The website administrator has full control of what is private and public.
WooCommerce: Our membership platform has built-in payment gateway support. WooCommerce is not needed. We support PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, 2Checkout, Bank Transfer. Additionally there are premium add-ons for Square, Skrill, Mollie, Paystack, Pagseguro, PayUMoney, Online Worldpay, Razorpay, Payfast. Note:We do have WooCommerce support built-in if you want to sell individual products.

Hello, I have purchased this theme 4 years ago, and it’s a great theme and working very well for a long time! and never facing any problem! But some my site suddenly occur issue : when you click “my profile” and ” my watchlist” from user additional profile menu profile, they don’t show but redirect landing page, it is happening from member’s account, as well as in worldpress customize preview page. This issue suddenly occur after I just made small changes in landing page menu.
And this issue have occur a week ago, I thought it’s the site code crashed etc.. and i know my support time has expired. SO I deleted the site completely and rebuild the site from scratch! But now the same issue occur again now, so i am really frustrated! The theme stopped playing videos on Chrome due to Chrome policies:

I’m working on implementing a loop carousel on my site to showcase Dramas. While the template I’ve created works well overall, I’m facing an issue with item sizing. Specifically, I want to restrict the size of each loop item to a fixed dimension, but the carousel keeps adjusting the item’s size to the maximum width when only a single item is displayed.
The main problem is that when the carousel contains only one item, it stretches that item to fill the entire width, which is not what the client wants. I’m looking for a way to enforce a fixed size for the carousel items, regardless of how many are displayed at a time.
Is there a solution to prevent the carousel from automatically resizing items and keep them at a consistent, fixed size?

There are a number of taxonomies available for videos including Categories, Cast, etc. However there is no built-in tags. If you wanted to add tags, that would require code customizations.

Great theme and it has been great for some time now. But lately there is a bug with the theme and with the ARMember plugin where, if reviews are enabled on video pages the page css is badly affected. If reviews are disabled, the page shows correctly.
I am on the latest version of theme (version 6) and ARMember plugin (version 6.5 as per your additional files folder in theme download zip file). I have attached screenshots of the issue on this wetransfer link: https://we.tl/t-5eGhOh1R4A
I doubt I am the only one experiencing this issue.

Hi guys, I am assuming you didn’t download the wetransfer video file I linked above which showed a very detailed step by step walkthrough of the issue? The issue is still present. I know it’s not present in the theme preview, but on our live build if I enable reviews, the page breaks. If I disable the reviews the page is fine. As the Theme is yours and the AR Member plugin is bundled, I would imagine there is a compatibility issue with a file therein or perhaps with an installed plugin. If you need more information from me please feel free to ask for it and I will gladly reply. It’s been a few months now where we have had to leave reviews unapproved to avoid breaking pages. I am sure, if you haven’t already that someone else is going to eventually raise this as an issue. So my info may help you. Thanks!

2) Yes, you can allow charge for access to content including videos.
3) Users can cancel plans, discontinue memberships, etc. It is up to the website admin to choose if a refund is provided. So yes, refunds are optional if you wanted.
4) Yes, PDFs could be attached within the video description.
5) Yes, there are examples on the live preview.

7) There isn’t a personalized dashboard. However you choose which page users are redirected to when logged in. Typically this is a video index like in the live preview.

10) We do not have an about page example. However you can easily add one in using the existing page builder.

You can sell access to any type of content including movies. In terms of paying for them, the user would be forwarded to the payment page. If you wanted them to be forwarded back to the video they requested access for, you can set that up under the redirection settings.

When paying, the user is directed to a payment page. Once the payment is completed, the user gets forwarded to the video automatically.

I have been using your theme for a while. It is amazing however. I noticed it is very slow when you have more than 2 seasons. As you click on the 3rd season, it becomes extremely very slow. please can you fix this bug.

Will the “Multiple or unlimited season” give you the same layout as the “Old season”. We bought the theme because of the old season’s layout

I have been using this amazing theme for a while, I surely recommended, but from a couple of months to date,my site crashes when I update elementor.
I have stopped updating it but I have the fear that eventually this will generate a non solvable problem. Does any other client has experienced this? Any recommendations you can provide?
You should be getting an errors or crashes while using the theme. Make sure you are using the latest theme, plugins, and WordPress version. There is a changelog on the bottom of the item description listening version numbers. Lastly, please ensure you are using the latest version of the Progression Elements – Vayvo plugin.
