Foxiz bbpress forum problem
There is a topic in the bbpress forum, when you enter the forum category in the admin panel, the topics appear but do not appear in the front end https://teknotr.com/forum/kategoriler/dijital/ https://teknotr.com/forum/kategoriler/internet/ https://teknotr.com/forum/kategoriler/eticaret/ etc. I checked the bbpress settings, there is no closed, hidden forum or topic in the settings. topics do not appear in bbpress forum categories. I had asked this question, but it’s a problem with the foxiz theme with bbpress. When I try it in other themes the breadcrumb shows up.

By default, Foxiz supports breadcrumbs for all BBPress pages except the main forum listing (as it is the root level and does not require breadcrumbs). You can see an example here: https://foxiz.themeruby.com/automotive/forums/topic/tire-pressure-monitoring-system-tpms
If the breadcrumb does not appear, it might be due to custom code or other modifications. Please check if you have used `bbp_no_breadcrumb` filter (php code), which disables breadcrumbs.

Hello, before I purchase, I would like to know what plugin you partner with for multiple/co-authors. If I have two authors on a post, is it possible to have a separate “Medically Reviewed By: John Doe” next to the two authors? Also, are you aware that the verification icon for authors is not level? It hangs above their last name. For sponsored posts, the logo also hangs above the text of Sponsored by. Can I change the bell icon for sponsored posts to say a “info-icon” with a hover text box explaining, say, “this article does not reflect the views of our publication”? Other than that, great job!
Also, for the premium paywall, are sitewide advertisements removed for the paywall subscriber? If not, how could this be done without getting “Leaky Paywall”?

1. The theme supports multiple/co-authors, allowing more than one author to be displayed in the post meta. However, customizing the label for secondary authors (such as adding “Medically Reviewed By”) would require using a child theme to modify the rendering function.
2. The verification icon is currently aligned slightly higher by default, but this can be easily adjusted using custom CSS. If you purchase our theme, we’d be happy to assist you with this.
3. Adding tooltips for sponsored posts or other metadata would require customization via a child theme.
4. We haven’t tested the theme with Leaky Paywall, so we cannot confirm compatibility. However, this could be achieved with custom development or third-party solutions

Thank you for your kind response. After commenting, I discovered that the plugin you use for multiple authors, according to them, has the capability to do a “Reviewed by:” feature. So, I’m unsure that it would need to be in a child theme. Is there any reason you choose to have the verification icon intentionally not level like Twitter/X & Instagram/Facebook has? Respectfully, it doesn’t look professional. I am not experienced with child themes; I have always manually re-entered data after updates. I mostly want the bell icon for sponsored posts to be changed to an “info-icon” and level the sponsor’s logo. Could you help me with that, too? Tooltips would be great if you could consider them like your competitor SmartMag has. Is this something I could pay your team to code for me in a child theme? Also, I am not concerned with Leaky Paywall’s capability; I was just asking if the paywall the theme uses hides advertisements for paywall subscribers? Leaky Paywall has that as a feature, and who wants to see advertisements on a website when they pay a monthly fee? I know I don’t. Again, thank you, and great work on such an awesome theme.

Regarding the verification icon alignment, we designed it this way intentionally, but we appreciate your feedback. This is an optional feature, and you can disable it or modify it via CSS as needed.

As for hiding ads for paywall subscribers, this depends on the plugin you are using and may require customization. However, it can be done easily since Foxiz’s code is clear and customizable, allowing you to disable ads for individual pages or posts based on third-party plugin conditionals.

Hello, any chance to remove category and tag base from URLs? I tried to set ”.” in category base field and works (settings-> permalinks), but if I use ruby category template it shows no posts after entering it

Foxiz Theme Support is Not Reliable
I contacted the Foxiz theme support team because I was facing several major issues:
1. Widget Overlap Issue – In the backend, the widget section is overlapping, and in the frontend, the footer column is misaligned, ruining the UI. 2. Too Many White Screens – Frequent white screen issues in the backend. 3. AMP Indexing Issue – AMP pages are not indexing properly.
When I reported these problems to the support team, they simply gave a short and generic reply, saying that “high file size” was causing these issues. When I asked whether Elementor and Rank Math could be responsible for the high file size, they provided no proper explanation.
I also tried installing the LiteSpeed Cache Plugin, but it broke the site. However, the support team didn’t offer any helpful solution. Their response felt unprofessional, as if they were just replying for the sake of it.

1. Widget Overlap Issue: The widget page issue may be due to the Gutenberg editor not being fully compatible with some widgets you are using, possibly related to third-party plugins. We recommend switching to Classic Mode for the widget page, as it is more stable and easier to set up. Foxiz provides an option to disable the block editor by navigating to Theme Options > Sidebars > Widget Block Editor and turning it off. Our support team has already mentioned this, and we hope this solution resolves the problem.
2.AMP Indexing Issue: This issue is likely related to the AMP setup rather than the Foxiz theme itself. Please ensure that AMP is activated only for necessary URLs such as single posts, while the homepage, categories, and archive pages should be disabled. Additionally, check Google Search Console to exclude incorrect URLs from indexing and crawling. This should help resolve the indexing issue.
3. LiteSpeed Cache is fully compatible with the Foxiz theme. If activating the plugin caused your site to break, it may be due to specific minify settings. Could you please continue discussing this issue with our support team and provide detailed login credentials? This will allow us to investigate further and assist you in resolving the issue.
4. By default, the Ruby Template item appears for contributors because it inherits post capabilities, meaning they can view but not edit them. However, we understand that you want to hide this completely. We have made an adjustment, and this will be included in the next theme update.

Hi, how can I setup the site on a demo url and move to a public production site when finishing building? Also if i use wp-reset to clear the website demo, and try others demos do I have to reactivate each time and will that be an issue, if yes how can I remove the demo content and retry different demos?

To move a demo site to a production site, you can use the “All-in-One WP Migration” plugin or other backup tools to transfer settings and data to your production website.
If the staging site is a subdomain or subfolder of the main site domain, you can use the same purchase code to reactivate the theme on the main website without any issues. The staging site will remain active even after moving the data.
If the staging site is on a different domain or a temporary domain, you can simply deactivate the theme on the staging site first. After that, you can reuse the purchase code for your production website.
Regarding demo content removal, you can clear old imported data when installing a new demo by selecting the “Pure Installation” option in the importer panel.
