i just repurchased support for this and it won’t let me submit a ticket – the entire site keeps crashing there’s a problem with klitify and elementor and i can’t do anything add any pictures without it crashing had the site for about a year did you guys send an update or anything ?

This is the problem when try to put token and update the theme!
Incorrect token permissions, please generate another token or fix the permissions on the existing token.
Please ensure only the following permissions are enabled:
View and search Envato sites Download your purchased items List purchases you’ve made

How can I update the theme without having to un-install it and than re-install it again .. there’s no such an option to do so and get the latest updates thru the one i already have

On mobile, i would to autoclose the Kitify sidebar when clicking on a category. Actually, it loads the category but remain open on the screen. So the visitor doesn’t understand very well.
Is it possible to do that ?
